Perfect for kids or cars
I got this long term for my car to ensure that I have peace of mind if it goes missing or even just if I forget where I park it! This is also helpful for when we go away on trips as I put it in the kids pockets and know where they are. It is accurate within about 2.5meters so really helpful.

I must say, it has far exceeded my expectations! Sleek, functional and accuracy is on point. THe app is pretty handy, it’s what I mainly use and don’t rely on the actual texting stuff covered in the manual
Quick tracker feedback
I have had it a while now and it seems to track brilliantly and send feedback quickly. One BIG issue I have with mine is the fact that it NEVER charges to 100%……..regardless of how long I have it on charge…..it stays @ 88% (max!). As soon as I disconnect and install in the vehicle, it immediately drops to 77%……
Asides the battery issue, the product seems great. Not sure if the seller has a remedy for this issue….
Il say one word only. I have set up evertying but please follow all of the steps to set this tracker this is a very clever tracker. However I was stuck where I had to set up the apn and I have text the nr displayed on amazon after I bought it, and I got help one step by step to set the apn. The idea is if you get stuck there , just from your phone text the sim card from you phone, and send one by one text as per say in the book . So you will receive back reply after all, you are all set. Thank you so much
Works well
The tracker seems pretty accurate. I don’t pretend to be very good at setting up these tech things but support from Suki was excellent! In fact, I would go so far as to say it was imperative to the whole setting up of the tracker.
The product is very easy to set up with the customer service agent beside you. They’re absolutely responsive via whatsapp. As for the device, I think it’s quite useful but the battery runs out quickly in less than 24hrs over 2g network. Maybe I’ll upgrade to the 4g version. I was initially quite intimidated by this tracker. I’ve never had a tracker before and I’m not always comfortable with technology so I was quite nervous about setting it up. But I have to say that the seller was EXTREMELY helpful and readily available.
TOP TIPS:
* You cannot use a 3 SIM card for the tracker.
* Make sure your tracker SIM card has credit, and has call, data and SMS text features ON
* Make sure your tracker SIM has the voicemail feature OFF
The tracker charges up quickly and has a pretty good battery life. The accuracy is also quite good most of the time but sometimes can be momentarily off by several metres. It usually corrects itself within a minute or so. However, it is meant to refresh every 10 seconds but it takes a bit longer than that to update. The real-time feature is therefore slightly delayed. It has a decent magnet, although we don’t use it on a metal surface.
Awesome . Works as expected
I bought this recently and it works as expected . The customer support for this device is fantastic too . Always keen to help . So even though there are some configurations to do once you buy the device , the customer support will surely guide you to set it up fast . I’m using the Vodafone uk network on this and it works well .
It was a bit tricky to set up by myself but I contacted customer service via WhatsApp and a lovely representative helped me with my questions and assisted me to set it up successfully. I wouldn’t have been able to understand myself so I’m so greatful for the help as it does work well, very small and descret. I just wish the battery life would last longer as it needs a charge up every few days
Great device
Great tracker and very strong magnet to attach on items.
The tracking is pin point on where it is. Sometimes does move abit from where it is on the map but very very close.
The online tracking via the app for the tracker is Great and for battery life only 20% gets used a day stationary and maybe sending a few texts few the day how ever for the battery you would only need to charge it every 4-5days and it can last. But does depend on the usage on how you use the tracker.
I previously bought a similar product from this company which was literally the same brand and was very pleased.I use it to track my motorcycle and was phenomenal at keeping track of any movements.It is then that I decided to get a smaller version of it which is this product and i am very pleased with the it.i didn’t need any subscription fee ,or any other form of monthly payments,all I had to do was get a pay as you go sim ,set up and go.
This thing gives you real time tracking and records movements as well.it also sends a text message ,when there is a movement.you can also call the device and hear sounds if anyone is trying to steal you bike or vehicle.
There is also a one to one support if you need help with setting up and ,the support is just brilliant,I will definitely buy again ,and i am very happy with the purchase I made and the value I go
Great Service from Suki
Bought this tracker and had a little problem setting it up initially. I got help from Suki, brilliant advice and instructions from her who did an absolute brilliant job in helping me, if it wasn’t for her I would still be trying. She went through all the setting up procedure for me which I just had to follow and she made it so so easy and had great patience with me cause I am not too good at Tech stuff. I know that if I ever have a problem with this tracker then I will just have to contact her for support. Give this girl a pay rise, she obviously knows her stuff, thanks again Suki x
Very poor instructions
Good piece of kit but it needs more user friendly instructions. There are two ways to set up and control the way that the tracker works, SMS commands and an online app. SMS is long winded but there are some instructions supplied with the kit, however the most useful setting, that alerts you if your vehicle moves, is not shown in the instructions or on the app (I found it on the internet). The app has the potential to be easier to use than SMS but there are no instructions on how to use it (not even on the internet). One weird thing about the app is that it doesn’t work until the tracker is turned on, but this can’t be done via the app only by SMS or a phone call which negates using the app as whilst you are using SMS to activate the tracker you may as use it to control it. Customer support however was excellent.
Excellent after sales service!
I needed a tracker for my classic car to support with my insurance. After looking at a few options I chose this tracker because of other reviews about the excellent after sales service.
I’m happy to say that the service really was excellent.
The set up of the device was a little fiddly – you have to charge the device, then put in a standard pay-as-you-go SIM and then send a series of codes to get it started. If the codes don’t work there seems like nothing you can do and I was feeling a bit downhearted after initially failing to get the tracker to respond.
Luckily I’d seen earlier reviews and sent a message on WhatsApp to the after sales service team and they responded very quickly. (Note the team are based in China so the time difference means messages do take a little time to come through.)
But Tian spoke perfect English, was super polite and very helpful.
Note: you need to set the device up OUTSIDE where there is good phone signal!
It’s very clever of the company to realise how important it is to help with the set up of their devices – so very well done to them! And thanks to Tian for delivering the service with such genuine care.
This product is a great little unit. I’m the kind of person who reviews and looks into everything a 100 times before I buy anything!
I bought this tracker as a second unit to work alongside my professionally installed one. Just in case one of them gets found, also due to the age of the car it was going on, it would be fairly easy to locate a wired one.
This unit turn out to be much better than I had hoped. The instructions aren’t great, very basic and pretty much no instructions on how to use the APP. The instructions are good enough to set it up but you have to figure a few bits out for yourself. Make sure when you set it up, you’re Admin no. Is not the tracker no. I set the sim up (Vodafone pay as you go) and first of all set the admin as the sim no. I save this in my phone and started sending commands… some worked and others wouldn’t… driving me insane. I then realised I should set the admin no. You your own mobile number. Once I did this it was faultless. It’s really not clear in the instructions about this.
Don’t down load the ‘Winnes’ app that is suggest, download the ‘TKSTAR GPS’ app. They are exactly the same apart from the Winnes one has loads of commands for other trackers and you get completely lost with what does and doesn’t work with this tracker. The TKSTAR one works much better has it only has what you need.
One I set it up, charged it…. no issues. It’s been running for a week… still on 100% battery, every time I sent an SMS command from the app it returns the location of the tracker. You can even set movement alerts that make your phone turn into an alarm! I have this turned off but it’s very efficient.
The app can be loaded as ‘SMS’ or ‘Login’ the SMS is basically just commands you click which preloads a text you can then send to the tracker.
The login has a few more details like tracking where you have been that day or over a set time, setting the alarms you want, Geofencing in certain areas to prevent alarms and a real-time viewer where you can see where you currently are (you can set this to refresh every 30 seconds, 1hr or 24hrs. If the real-time viewer has an old time on it, send an SMS to the tracker for its location and it will wake it up.
If you’re good at figuring things out and have an practical mind, this will be a good device for you. If you want to take it out the box, stick a sim in it and hope it works without any effort, this isn’t for you. It’s not overly hard to figure out but it will take a couple of hours to fully understand it. Then it’s simple.
This is a great device and well worth the money. I suspect any bad reviews are main due to the poor instructions and it not being setup correctly because of it.
I would definitely buy this again, much better than I hoped.
The battery seems to be holding up well. 1 week still 100%
The issues I don’t like, the magnet isn’t great. On pure steel it’s great but anything less it’s too not brilliant. Plus the base is shined so will slip. I’m not bother by the magnet, it will hold fine if resting against something too.
The instructions for the app don’t exist!
The instructions for the units are 70% efficient.

All passwords are 123456 until you change them (if you want to)
The ID number on the unit is also the IMEI no. The instructions reference. (Remember this as there’s lots of different numbers and the instructions refer to using the IMEI number but nowhere does it tell you what this is!)
Admin no. Must be your mobile number and not the pay as you go sim no. You are using
WHY DID I BUY THIS? BECAUSE OUR VAN WAS STOLEN IN THE NIGHT!!! WE BOUGHT 2 FOR THE REPLACEMENT VAN AND MY CAR.
I looked at probably all of the trackers listed in Amazon, eBay, and even additional websites. I chose this one because the battery lasted the longest.
WOW! It works a treat. Easy to set up, very very easy. I won’t lie, I have no idea about the additional things, like vibrate, proximity etc, instructions regarding the APP is none existent, but I’m not really interested in that. My focus was always to simply be able to track the vehicle, and it does that very well.
I can simply text the tracker with the code, and it texts back with a link that leads me to a map of where the tracker (van) is. I can also go into the APP, and that gives me a GOOGLE MAP live location. I purchased 2 TRACKERS, and to use the APP, I log in using the tracker’s own code, then a basic preset password, and there you go… Ensure NOT to save the login details if you have purchased 2 or more because you will need to type in the individual code of the tracker in, and each tracker has its own code. I simply saved them to my iPhone, and copy and paste it into the APP log-in section.
I can’t praise the SELLER Zeerker enough, they responded immediately when emailed then about delivery time.
*I still do not know how to check the balance of the inserted sim card. (But I haven’t phoned the SIM card provider yet).
You will have to buy a SIM card (we got an 02 Pay as you Go SIM from the local newsagents). The SIM takes a full sized standard SIM CARD, but in case you end up buying a small sim, the tracker come with a card you insert the sim into, to make it fit. They have it all covered, no worries.
We have not long had it though, so I cannot review long term usage.
Hope this review helps in some way, it’s not right that you work your fingers to the bone – and work hard in life so you can have things, and someone takes it away:- ‘SCUM’ pure and simple.
