This watch looks elegant, has a long battery charge and provides sound information on daily steps and reassurance regarding sleep tracking and blood oxygen, which were my main requirements. It is excellent value for the price. Unfortunately, after about 9 months, the watch tracking became erratic and I contacted the supplier. Their response was immediate and their following communications were first class. When it became apparent the watch could not be fixed, they offered a replacement and I received it soon after. Excellent service.

Amazing customer service
I had issues with the watch that I purchased and went on to write a review about it. The company reached out and were so helpful, they wanted to rectify the situation. After explaining what problems I was having they offered to send a replacement for me, which I have received. Hopefully the first one was just faulty manufacturing and the new one will be better. However 10/10 for the customer service provided.

Stopped working after 3 weeks. Blood pressure monitor was never accurate – I have an ordinary blood pressure device and checked against that but the most annoying thing is that I now have to buy a different tracker because it hasn’t worked in a long time.
An update to this review – the seller sent me a new watch even though I complained outside of the return time frame. The new watch works fine and customer service was exceptional.
I bought this watch for my Mum as a gift. It’s fab, does exactly what she wanted it for. It’s not over complicated and easy for her to use. Great value for money.
The customer service from this provider is second to none. My mum unfortunately lost the charger and the customer service team had a replacement one sent out to her. They were so kind and efficient. easy set up looks great simple to use only just got this seems to be a very nice watch i don’t think the blood pressure is accurate but so far a very nice watch

Good simple easy to set up and use, only dissappointment is that you cannot replace the strap, so if it splits as others on different trackers have done the tracker is of no further use.
Great Battery Life
This is very reasonable, has great battery life, so easy to set up. Do not buy it for the blood pressure monitor, as it is completely wrong. Otherwise, a nice product.

I bought this watch in September and it lost some functionality three and a half months later. I was outside of the returns option and there were no seller contact details.
I wrote a one star review and within 24 hours, the seller contacted me and offered to send a replacement immediately, which I received today. I’ve re-reviewed and upped my rating to three stars based on the outstanding service I’ve received from the seller.
When I’m happy with the watch, I’ll review again.

I am updating the review because of the customer service. They have contacted me twice to offer a replacement watch as they think mine is malfunctioning. I haven’t taken them up on the offer as the original purchase was just to test the concept, but the offer rates an additional 2 stars for service. Original review follows “This thing is only good for keeping time and not great at that. I bought this to measure blood pressure and spo2 but it only requires blood pressure as 145 over 85 when a cuff is recording from 100/70 to 140/95 and there is no way to display spo2 either on the watch or through the app. Step tracking is a joke, I’m paraplegic, after an accident, and have been confined to powered wheelchairs for 2 years my fitness tracker I had before the accident shows no steps but with this thing I’m magically walking 300 plus steps a day. Battery life is good but that could be because it is only used as a watch and then only 3 to 4 times a day.”
Fantastic smart watch!
I wanted a smart watch for a while as i need to up my fitness and this one was a great price! Another thing i wanted to look at was my sleep patterns. The watch has lots of different aspects, I like how it monitors your blood pressure and you can do checks whenever you want to. Some of the other things it has are a stop watch, a timer, a torch, weather updates, checks your oxygen levels and much more. It charges really fast and the battery lasts for days. Would 100% recommend.
I was looking for a simple smart watch, I just wanted to monitor my steps per day. Using my phone was fine but I don’t always have my phone in my pocket.
Easy to set up and sync with the app. Can be worn for swimming, showering etc (obviously check it’s suitable for what you require.)
The only issue I’ve had is I’ve had to reset it twice as it’s not downloaded data. Not a big deal as I just have to change the clock face to my preference again but annoying if you want all activity logged on the app. Today I realise it’s not synced for two days. I do like to keep track of progress. Still I paid 25 and I think it’s great value for money.
