The chair is very good value for money. It comes well packaged with simple instructions and the chair is easy to build.
I had a small problem which was annoying for me when using the chair and the supplier dealt with it quickly and efficiently with a replacement product at no cost to me. Very good customer service.

I have had several gaming style chairs that offered mixed results over the years and decided some thing a bit more premium this time. I really enjoy sitting in this chair and its the first one that I have had where you can just sit down and immediately feel comfortable. The material is a well made fabric that feels a little like sitting on a sofa of armchair at times. Wheels come out a little bit more than with other chairs that I have had, and its not a small chair. Keep that in mind if you have a tight space to work with.

For a desk chair it’s very impressive:
Seating is quite comfortable as the cushion is dense enough. I’ve placed an extra pillow as I don’t have a cover for the chair. Could be suitable for extended periods of sitting.
Arm rests are adequately padded and detract for convenience. I have a small work space so it detracting it comes in handy.
Ideal for a small home office desk like mine.
Ergonomically ok as it has a slight curvature at the bottom. Hasn’t really caused me any problems so far. (Extra cushion can be added with those who suffer from back pain).
Assembly is quite easy; Took me 15 mins.
    Affordable
Height is perfect for me as it is not too low or too high, the dense cushion helps me reach the keyboard. Gives a lift of 3.5 inches.

    Cons:
    – The chair itself tilts NOT the back rest so that’s a disappointment and isn’t really comfortable for me as it DOESN’T have a tilt lock feature.
    – Would’ve been better if the headrest was a bit higher but i’m under 6ft so this isnt too much of an issue. As long as you don’t sit up too straight – As my lower back skull touches the head rest – then you can rest your head without having to lean your head back too much..
    – Fabric feels cheap and a tad coarse but not to the extent that it causes discomfort or itchiness.
    – Quite sturdy and not too stiff: Allows for movement when swivelling.

Would 100% recommend this product as it is good value for money and does the job. Other chairs being sold like this are more expensive so this is worth it.

5.0 out of 5 stars Pleased overall, an upgrade from my old desk chai

Due to my size and weight, I was looking for a more “heavy duty” kind of chair while also not wanting to break the bank.
It is comfortable, so far strong enough but me being 6’3″ it probably would have been better if the seat was a bit higher. Personally I dont care too much about that as I never sit the way “expert” say you should sit but taller people than me might find the seat too low. Width and length of the seat are perfect though.

The paperwork for this product is very good. We have all got very used to cheap instruction sheets badly printed and in barely-readable English – well, the instructions for this are in a smart, well-printed, coherent, full-colour A4 booklet, very nice indeed. And the accessories – tools, screws, etc – from some companies are just thrown together in a little bag – with this product, they are neatly blister-packed in sets and clearly labelled. All the various spare bits are cleverly packed in a zipped pocket in the back of the chair. And what I really like is the upward-folding arms : you can swivel the arms out of the way when you need to. And the main components are clearly labelled : front, back, left, right, etc. Only one problem : connecting the arms to the back and to the seat is awkward. The instruction video makes it look easy, but it isn’t – you need one hand holding the back, one holding the seat, and another couple to try and align the fixing holes. Best to ask someone to come and help. That aside, a fine product!

I needed a new chair to sit at my computer, I went for this one because I didn’t want a “leather look chair “, the last one split in various places ! The one I purchased is the grey fabric one. When it arrived it was well boxed in good quality cardboard and well packaged inside with all the components in strong plastic bags. All the screws ect. Were together all the marked up in one blister pack so I could see at a glance what screws I needed. The instructions were in a full colour booklet, not a garbled piece of paper like some are. The chair itself assembled with no problems and only took about twenty minutes altogether. The metal parts were all powder coated and made from good thick steel. I like the fold up arms a really useful addition, the only negative comment I have is the seat is a little hard, but that could be just me! Am I glad I bought it ? Yes and recommend to buy.

I have just completed assembling the chair and am pleased with the final result. the parts were well packaged and the instruction booklet is excellent. you must read it from cover to cover as it contains useful advise for cleaning and ensuring that the cushion does not develop flat spots. I noticed some reviewer’s seemed to have an issue in this area. Time will tell. My only real crib, at the moment. was fitting the arms. Lining up the screws is really a two person job, one holding the chair while the other does the business. I had an issue because the fabric around the captive nuts prevented the thread from connecting with the screw. My trusty Swiss Army knife cleaned off the offending area without damage to the fabric. The chairs rocker adjustment works fine as does the height control. I would have awarded 5 stars had the arms been easier to manage.

Golden Review Award: 4 From Our UsersThe chair was delivered very prompt. Assembling the chair was not so difficult as the instructions were clear & precise but it took me around 2 hours to assemble on my own. The chair looks great and comfort level is also excellent. I am using the chair for more than a week now and I am satisfied with the comfort level.
Overall very satisfied with the product and it is more robust and stylish.

Considering how it’s made and that my previous chair was a little better at 30 cheaper the pricing is a little meh (maybe inflation or import reasons). The chair arms going up and sliding under desk good and easily adjustable. Slight concern why it always feels like i’m going to slide off when it’s flat upright but i usually recline back on it anyway so not a big deal

Golden Review Award: 8 From Our UsersDelivery:
Product arrived on time as per delivery schedule.

    Packaging:
The chair comes for home assembly with individual parts wrapped well with protective packaging.

    Construction:
There is a very clearly written instruction booklet which I thought was really well explained and easy to follow. Checking that all parts were there was straightforward and I particularly liked that the bolts and other small bits come in a blister pack so it was easy to see you have all the needed parts quickly. Note that the arm rests and base is stored in the back of the chair back. I took more than the 15 minutes they estimate for putting it together and I used a power tool rather than the Allen key supplied. It is a one person job and can be done so but there is one section when connecting the armrests when an extra hand might be useful.

    The chair:
I have had the chair for a couple of days now and I’m really happy with it. Having the armrest flip up makes it easy for me to tuck my chair in under the desk. I find it comfortable to sit on and I’m about average height and weight. I have the grey fabric finish option which blends well with the metallic grey of my laptop. The chair back comes up to the height of my shoulders which I find perfect for stretching my head back and so I don’t miss not having a headrest. If you are above average height and you want a headrest then this is chair is not for you.

    Durability:
I have only had the chair a couple of days so can’t vouch for how long it will last. However, the build quality seems really good so I am quietly optimistic.

When I bought this, it was after knowing it was an ergonomic chair, and had the basic features I needed… plus it helped having the instructional video online, too.
So, when I got it, I put it together (following the video.. but still simple without it) within 15 minutes, at a leisurely pace.
It has a lever underneath, for the up/dpwm mechanism.. and you can pull it outwards to unlock it, so you can recline it … which doesn’t go too far back.. a good thing for me, though, as I’d be kipping in it, if it did?! 🙂
Anyhoo, the only thing I didn’t like about the lever, is that you cannot lock it in place when you are reclined…. a minor thing, but still slightly annoying…as I sometimes like to lean back in my chair to think, or chill, and trying to keep this from bouncing back to sitting level is not good… it could also be a little bit higher, so I can also rest my head!
Please modify the lever, MZLEE (or whoever manufactures this), so we can lock it in recline mode, too!!
The swivel on this chair is so smooooth, I can push off with my big toe, and it’ll keep spinning til you actually stop it.
The arms are at a very comfortable height, and are very well positioed for myself (I’m 5ft 10″).. and the fact that you can put them up, individually, out of the way, when needed, is a good plus!
I’ve never felt more comfy, whilst working at my PC; and I chose the linen chair, as I get a bit of a sweaty butt / legs with the pvc/leather ones, when I’m sitting in my shorts, or boxers.. so this is another plus, as it’s so marshmallowy and warm! 🙂
    Very highly recommended!!

Golden Review Award: 4 From Our UsersSuch a good buy. My old chair had lost the height adjustment and was becoming a real problem. I bought this one because of the rocking feature, which is actually really nice.

Assembly is with an allen/hex key. I watched the video before I bought it and the allen key was the deal maker because I’m really not good with holding screwdrivers. The instructions were very clear in the booklet that came with the chair. The bolts and key were in a bubble pack and were clearly marked as to which was which for the instructions. The only difficulty I had with assembly was keeping the back and the base lined up to get the bolts in the holes for the arms, and that was simply because I didn’t have the strength and the length in my arms required for the job. The legs and wheels were a doddle.

The back of the chair goes up to just under the back of my skull. My head has to tip back just a little too far to be comfortable while rocking, though I have the perfect cushion to sort that out. I feel supported at the base of my back and the seat itself is fairly comfortable until I wear it out. There’s good padding on the arms too, and I like that they can be drawn up so they’re not in the way if that’s a problem.

It feels solid and I’m very happy with it. I just wish the back was a couple of inches longer.
