The Ginkgo tree first appeared on earth 190 million years ago. The tree itself can grow 80 feet in height and to a spread of 60 feet. The leaves are bilobed (have two lobes), hence the name Ginkgo Biloba.

Ginkgo Biloba has been revered in Chinese Medicine for over 5000 years and is a very popular botanical supplement which has been used for many years, with millions still using it across Europe.

Golden Review Award: 4 From Our UsersFinding the Right Balance with Ginkgo Biloba for Cognitive Improveme
As a first-time user of Ginkgo Biloba, my journey to finding the right dosage was quite enlightening. Initially, I started with one pill a day, but I quickly noticed some unsettling effects, including dizziness, light-headedness, and fatigue. In an attempt to mitigate these side effects, I halved the dosage, yet the symptoms persisted, albeit to a lesser degree.

It wasn’t until I reduced the dosage further to a quarter pill that I truly began to experience the benefits I was seeking. At this lower dosage, I noticed a significant improvement in my cognitive function and an overall positive shift in my wellbeing. This experience highlighted the importance of starting with a lower dose and gradually adjusting it based on one’s personal tolerance and response.

For those considering Ginkgo Biloba for its cognitive benefits, my advice would be to pay close attention to your body’s reactions and adjust your dosage accordingly. Finding the right balance can indeed unlock the potential benefits this supplement has to offer.

Golden Review Award: 17 From Our UsersIt does work well but it isn’t always safe.
I got this to try and home treat suspected pmdd/ extreme pms. I have been feeling much better after a couple of months of taking it, but I can’t be sure the ginkgo is the only reason as I am taking a few other supplements and vitamins. My brain however is quicker, my memory recall is better and I am more motivated then I have been for years. It seems to work best if you break the pill into two doses and have with separate meals. I did try taking two pills a day but it made me feel very odd and i don’t recommend more then one a day. It takes time to see results, but they fo happen. It can be dangerous if taken with ibuprofen, so I have had to replace ibuprofen with paracetamol in my cupboard.

Golden Review Award: 11 From Our UsersI have secondary Raynauds and these tablets have made a difference with circulation...
I have severe secondary Raynauds Syndrome and even though I have various hospital treatments during winter when it`s most severe summer also sees me with white or blue fingers and toes. I read article recommending giving gingko a try so after a month I`m actually noticing a slight improvement in circulation to my extremities and barely any attacks of cramp in legs and feet.
There`s no cure or fix for my problem but taking ginkgo has shown enough positive effects for me to continue.
