oNLY TIME WILL TELL
I am a healthy 67 year old male who wears glasses for fine print. I thought I would try these to help maintain my eye health after reading that eye health can get more critical as you get older. Only been on these for about 3 weeks but I have noticed that my eyes do not get as tired as before. I hope after a few months that my eyes will hopefully not get any weaker and that I may be able to maintain my eye strength without having to buy stronger lenses. We will see

I started using this product on the advice of my optometrist who had detected the onset of macular degeneration. Only time will tell if this lutein supplement will help. It is said to help but it’s early days yet. The tablets are largish and quite frankly I do find them a little difficult to swallow. That said, they’re seem to be competitively priced. I have nothing to lose by trying this product except my sight so anything that might reduce the possibility of blindness is worth a go.
I’ve been taking this vitamin for years and feel it’s the best one at keeping my eyes healthy – even my optician was impressed. I use just cheap magnified glasses for reading and close up – but otherwise don’t need glasses at 63.
I will recommend these all day long..I wear contact lenses and my eyes get very dry I suffer with mild headaches also..these I will say are the best thing I have come across as everything is as it should be to the point ive ordered more as I dont want to run out..they are really really goid and I would recommend them all day long..ive been on these for a month or so now and only just giving feedback as I wanted to give a truthful recommendation for them…
