    This arrived on time and I’m so happy with this product, brilliant massage for my chronic back pain, gives a good thorough massage to the spine and neck whilst providing heat !

    I was extremely surprised by the high build quality of the product at this very low price point. I hav4e been using the product regularly for over 8 months now and it is performing just as well as it did on its first day. Nothing broken and doesn’t even look used.

    Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersI have been using this for months and it does help loosen my neck muscles. The heat feature is nice. However It is now starting to make some rattling noise as the mechanism seems to be wearing. Will it last the year? Still cheaper that one session with a spa or physio if it does fail

    Golden Review Award: 11 From Our UsersI’ve been through four neck/shoulder massagers and this is the best one so far. The first two were Homedics and cost significantly more. The controls stopped working both times and the fabric ripped. The third one, which was a cheaper brand, also broke and the fabric tore. This one is still in great working condition a year after I bought it, and that’s using it several times a week. I love how you can change the direction and speed. It means you can adjust it to really target the muscles you need working. And the heat setting is a big win.
