Why it Works
O’Keeffe’s highly-concentrated proprietary formulations were developed to relieve severely dry skin, decrease dryness and provide long-lasting moisturisation.
The skin’s natural barrier can be damaged, which leads to increased water loss that causes dry, cracked skin.
O’Keeffe’s Working Hands not only protects the skin from further water loss, but the creams also draw moisture to the skin. The protective barrier seals in that moisture, reducing the rate of evaporation.
Before & After
Apply a small amount of O’Keeffe’s hand cream as needed throughout the day.
Apply after hand washing, after bathing and at bedtime as these are the most effective times for moisturising extremely dry skin.

I regularly order this hand cream as it works so well. It is a great moisturiser for dry hands and good for cracked skin. It absorbs nicely into the hands without leaving them feeling greasy. It is a popular moisturiser that I often add to gifts for others, which is appreciated. Would recommend
As a plasterer my hands get battered all day everyday. This stuff is by far the best relief I’ve found for dry hands, even dry cracking hands after a days work this is instant healing relief.
After years of extremely dry and cracked skin on my hands, and after trying every other cream going, my partner gave me a pot of O’Keeffe’s for Christmas to try.
The price had always put me off but this stuff works! After just a few days use, my hands looked and felt completely normal, no dryness or cracks to be seen. Use in conjunction with the O’Keeffe’s hand soap for ultimate comfort.

I work as a postie so I’m out in all weathers. My hands were always sore,chapped and dry- until I found this product. It worked straight away, it’s non greasy and actually also, in my view, gives a better grip on your hands. Absolutely superb product.
I have struggled with very dry hands and peeling skin (around the corner of my finger nails and tips) and ive tried a number of these expensive hand creams. Absolutely nothing worked. Been using Okeefes for a week and it’s the best thing that works for my scaly hands. For the past week, I’ve experienced no dryness, no peeling of the skin, no cracks on the skin nothing. All I’ll say is, if you have ‘very very’ dry cracked and cut hands, elbows and feet then this skin cream is absolutely amazing!
Applied each night before going to sleep and come the morning it’s like someone has surgical removed the cracked old body parts and replaced with brand new ones!!!
Use every night and you’ll never have dry skin again.
A tub of this stuff lasts and lasts as well.

This hand cream does the job but leaves hands sticky which I don’t like, however, your hands a few hours forward do feel better. I won’t purchase this again due to the stickiness. Maybe better for men who probably won’t mind.
No image due to it being delivered as a birthday present, however from feedback I’ve gathered the recipient has improved his dry skin on his hands fairly quickly. It doesn’t hold any type of scent (which the recipient was pleased about) and it doesn’t leave any greasy residue either. Through the winter months it seems like this could be quite the essential for those suffering from dry/cracked skin. Look no further – might be tempted to purchase myself just in case.
Just have to say, this hand cream is amazing. With all the usual houshold & outdoor jobs over the years, and also slightly sensitive skin, I discovered this one earlier this year, and it has been a godsend! I have always used Atrixo, which is very good, but after a particularly bad patch with ‘cracked’ & sore hands I found this one which repaired them within a couple of days. To beging with I used 2 or 3 times a day just for about 3 days & it was like magic. I had been doubtful, but it is an excellent cream. I now still use Atrixo during the day as it is a slightly lighter cream, then at bedtime I always use the ‘Working Hands’. It is not really ‘sticky’ when applied, but is a thicker cream which I feel is best to use at night when it is not going to get washed off doing the household chores. It is an excellent protection, & once your skin has repaired itself, it is good to use it regularly at night to keep your hands in good condition.
I have found that the price on Amazon for multiple packs is very good, buying singularly can work out more expensive….and I always buy the 193gram size as that is definitely more economical than the smaller ones!
My hands get very dry and cracked over the winter if I don’t use a hand cream. They will quickly get to a point where my knuckles are sore and bleeding. That’s how they were when I started using this products. Within two days of use, my hands were almost entirely healed. After a couple more days they were soft and looking healthier than ever. I was honestly shocked at how big and fast the improvement was.
I now use this every day over the winter on my hands and elbows. Using a small about, once or twice a day is all I need. I sometimes use a bit on my knees and heels and it sorts them out too.
The pot it comes in is a good size and the lid has a rubber coated edge, making it nice a grippy when opening and closing. The cream is fairly solid compared to others I’ve used but I find that makes it easier to get the correct amount. As it’s not runny, it won’t spill. So there’s no wastage.
The price is excellent for the amount you get and the quality. I’d definitely recommend this to anyone that wants a good quality hand cream.
