Why it Works

Before & After

Apply a small amount of O’Keeffe’s hand cream as needed throughout the day.

Apply after hand washing, after bathing and at bedtime as these are the most effective times for moisturising extremely dry skin.

As a plasterer my hands get battered all day everyday. This stuff is by far the best relief I’ve found for dry hands, even dry cracking hands after a days work this is instant healing relief.

After years of extremely dry and cracked skin on my hands, and after trying every other cream going, my partner gave me a pot of O’Keeffe’s for Christmas to try.
The price had always put me off but this stuff works! After just a few days use, my hands looked and felt completely normal, no dryness or cracks to be seen. Use in conjunction with the O’Keeffe’s hand soap for ultimate comfort.

I work as a postie so I’m out in all weathers. My hands were always sore,chapped and dry- until I found this product. It worked straight away, it’s non greasy and actually also, in my view, gives a better grip on your hands. Absolutely superb product.

No image due to it being delivered as a birthday present, however from feedback I’ve gathered the recipient has improved his dry skin on his hands fairly quickly. It doesn’t hold any type of scent (which the recipient was pleased about) and it doesn’t leave any greasy residue either. Through the winter months it seems like this could be quite the essential for those suffering from dry/cracked skin. Look no further – might be tempted to purchase myself just in case.

I’ve been using this particular brand of hand cream for over 10 years. It’s fabulous stuff. If the skin on my hands has become so dry that I develop weeping cracks across my skin, I put a load of this on at bedtime & put cotton gloves on. The next morning my hands are far better than they would be with other products I’ve tried. I sometimes use it like this two nights in a row but that’s highly unusual. This hand cream doesn’t cause the excessive stinging that other creams cause when applied to badly cracked skin. Occasionally, I use this sparingly when the skin on my hands feels slightly dry. Rub it in well & sinks into the skin easily & without leaving the greasy residue that some other brands leave. A great product to use & the tub design ensures you can get every bit of the product out of it & you can easily see when you need to order your next one.

I’ve been using this for two years now. I tried a lot of other brands before but I’m sticking with this now. Its absolutely perfect for my needs. I really dislike hand creams that have any scent. This has absolutely none. You only need a small amount so it lasts for ages. It rubs it quickly and doesn’t leave your hands greasy. It just instantly starts nourishing dry skin.

My hands get very dry and cracked over the winter if I don’t use a hand cream. They will quickly get to a point where my knuckles are sore and bleeding. That’s how they were when I started using this products. Within two days of use, my hands were almost entirely healed. After a couple more days they were soft and looking healthier than ever. I was honestly shocked at how big and fast the improvement was.

I now use this every day over the winter on my hands and elbows. Using a small about, once or twice a day is all I need. I sometimes use a bit on my knees and heels and it sorts them out too.

The pot it comes in is a good size and the lid has a rubber coated edge, making it nice a grippy when opening and closing. The cream is fairly solid compared to others I’ve used but I find that makes it easier to get the correct amount. As it’s not runny, it won’t spill. So there’s no wastage.

The price is excellent for the amount you get and the quality. I’d definitely recommend this to anyone that wants a good quality hand cream.
