Product useable, parcel launch 18 feet over the back garden fence, inches way fron garden pond, which at some point blew into the pond. that day time of delivery I was in the property. Instructionon delivery, no read or followed, glad it was in sealed plastic bottles
I have ordered this product from this supplier several times and have never had any issues, the last batch I received had a rancid fish smell which I’m aware can happen from time to time (possibly due to a bad batch, storage or transportation), I didn’t want to go through the hassle of creating a return to get a refund so threw the tub away and mentioned it to the customer services department, I received a replacement 2 days later free of charge and the product was perfect – great supplement, high quality and brilliant customer service. Will be my go to for supplements going forward.
I like these because they contain more EPA than many other supplements on the market, whilst still being an affordable price. The capsules are same size as other brands I’ve tried and, although large, I find them ok to swallow with a glass of water. The only time I’ve noticed an aftertaste is when I took them on an empty stomach, which I don’t recommend! I like that there is a choice of ordering these in a bag or bottle.
