Yes they are batteries, they power things.
Cheap(ish) and you seem to get what you pay for, as their lifespan let’s them down slightly. That said, due to their current price, I would buy them again.
They work and are ok for outdoor lights if only required for a night or 2 (thinking of those that power on for 6 hours and then time off for 18), Good for replacment mouse battries, good for anything really that a, does not drain too much, and b, you don’t mind changing fairly frequently.
In fairness I only used them in the above two scenarios they may last longer in other items.
