These jaw exercisers look really well made, and they’re nicely packaged, including a necklace for each of them (which I’m not sure I’ll use).
I feel that these are a better design than the jaw exercisers that are placed between the back teeth, potentially exercising the jaw through a greater range of motion.
On the other hand though, I feel like after a few uses, I’m just about getting the hang of using the blue one. Initially I was finding that having it in my mouth made me want to choke. The jaw exerciser does tend to migrate a bit towards one side of my mouth during use – this can be lessened by working it more slowly, I think.

Ce triple est conu pour former le monton… J’avoue que le rouge et noir font faire effort et ils forcent votre bouche… Il n’ y a pas de got en arrire mais je ne prfre pas avaler la salive qui est produite aprs deux minutes…j’avoue que j’ai eu la sensation que ces mchoires fonctionnent
..mais il faudra voir l’effet visible aprs un mois.. je vais revenir sur mon avis …et partagerai les.photos de mon visage… L’une prise au dbut de programme et l’autre sera prise la fin de 30 j d’utilisation (10 mn par jour)..
