Decaf coffee beans, bean to cup!
Nice coffee bean and great for bean to cup machines, I like this coffee and can’t really taste the difference between the normal San Francisco beans and these decaf San Francisco coffee beans, they taste the same to me? So we like it, not too strong, good colour and taste, so I have been buying this for some time? I was buying from another source in the wholesale market but they don’t stock any decaf beans so there isn’t much difference in the price for these beans so it’s a good choice for us? If you prefer decaf coffee that is, this shouldn’t keep you awake at night whereas standard beans could do just that? We like it anyway, but you need to try it to find out if you do? Machine holds 250g so this will fill my machine four times
Depends on your tastes
At first I was quite disappointed with this as I normally drink the darker caffeinated version of this. I’m trying to not drink caffeine after noon but cannot give coffee up so I thought I’d try their decaf version (of course there is some caffeine). It seems very weak in comparison- having read some reviews here recommending a different brand I switched, but found it no better (even a bit more bland) so had another delivery of this. Basically to me it’s never going to replace a caffeinated version but you slowly get a little bit used to it.
Best Tasting Decaff
The problem with most decaf is that it has less flavour than full coffee. These beans have much better flavour than any other I’ve tried. I have already recommended to a few friends and they are equally positive about these beans.
Try them if you find decaff a bit lacking in oomph.
Great flavo
I ordered this coffee for my husband. I do not drink coffee, but he does. He said the coffee is flavorful, has the right amount of strength and grinds well.
Lovely taste
This is the second time purchasing this coffee. You drink it not even realising it’s decaf. I don’t even tell my visitors they just say how nice it is. This will be my go to coffee from now on.

Using in a bean to cup delonghi machine.
These beans are great value, have a good body and the beans grind well in the machine.
Currently buying 3 packs a month on subscription and have no complaints .
Good for a decaf...
The taste is quite good I think, but the coffee is a bit weak. I have to set the strength on my coffee machine to max to produce a decent espresso. The result of that is that I’m going through these bags pretty fast. Luckily they are not too expensive. Shipping was fast.
Gorgeous
I have tried a number of brands to find a decaf coffee bean that matches my taste. I can honestly say, these are head and shoulders above any I’ve tried. They taste as good as any caffeinated coffee I’ve had. They are very similar to the flavour cafe Nero use. Absolutely gorgeous.
Makes for a very good cold brew
Bought this mainly because it was on sale at the time and I wanted something to make cold brew with, so for the amount you get and its price, I took a shot in the dark. It surprised me as it made for a very nice cup of cold brew, for reference I leave it brewing for around 24 hours in the fridge.
It also pairs up well for a milk drink too, if you prefer to drink hot.
Strong roast that doesn't taste like a lot of other decafs
I came across the brand in that famous warehouse shop where you can get a hot dog and drink for 1.50 and was pleased to find this decaf version while pregnant. It’s just as strong tasting as the normal version but not bitter.
We’ve got a bean to cup machine and this tastes great as a strong brew and weaker one too.
A very good decaf
Used to be able to buy this in Costco, but they dont seem to stock it in warehouses or online anymore which is a shame. A vey decent decaf, the only decaf I’ve had which is better is Don Pablo, but it is twice the price.
Slightly weaker taste than the caffienated version of Columbian from San Fancisco Bay, but stronger than most decafs Ive tried. Recommended as an everyday drink. More expensive on Amazon than in Costco!
Delicious coffee
The flavour of this coffee is amazing. Apart from the lack of caffeine jitters, you wouldn’t know this is decaf. We are using it in our bean-to-cup coffee machine and absolutely love the fact that we can have coffee any time of day now, with no worries about caffeine keeping us up at night.
We will just be buying this product direct from the suppliers own website in future as the price is lower and there is not a huge minimum spend for free delivery. As Prime customers we often think we get free delivery, but the prices on Amazon are often just much higher to compensate.
