Good produc
Got this to replace a box that had rusted and leaked. This was easy to fit on our gate (rather than a wall), and holds good sized letters and is secure. It does however allow some water ingress; not much but enough to dampen envelopes. It is in an exposed location so if used in a shelter spot I’m sure it will be fine
Impressed. Good storage, no issues so far. You can change the cam lock to something more secure if you want, but opening and operation is solid months later. Oh also, dont use the mounting plastic bits on the back, just go straight on the wall.
Good value box. Several people have commented on how good it looks. For the price it appears to be good quality the only issue I had is there is no template and holding up to a brick wall caused the back to become scratched. Perhaps I should have give it more thought but I painted over the scratches to prevent rusting and made a drilling template in cardboard. Also the recommended drill size is 6.5-7mm. I used what I thought was a 6.5 and the holes were too big for the supplied rawl plugs (which were also a bit short). Not a problem as I have a variety of sizes but you should be aware. I’d suggest using a 6mm drill.
This is a really smart looking and easy to fit weatherproof mailbox, with a good capacity. The presence of mail is discernible through the perspex panels in the front. The lock is sturdy. There is quite a nice touch with some stickers provided in various languages to warn for unwanted junk mail.
It is great value for money
After having composite gates fitted we needed a stylish letter box and when we saw this we knew it was the one.
It’s weatherproof and very sturdy there is enough room to post the letters and to hold them comfortably.
The size is just right for letters or documents. The lock is very sturdy and comes with 2 keys.
It was easy to install and came with spaces to allow the letter box to sit comfortably against the wall,
