Sturdy for the price
A great item which is quite sturdy for the price. Bought after surgery and used it to pick up everything from little bits on the floor to unloading items out of the washing machine. Highly recommend
Great for what it was intended
Brought this for my elderly aunt. She loves it, she tells me most days what she has picked up with it. It has a good grip, handle easy to pull back.
A real helping hand
I am at an age and of a shape that picking things up is now much more difficult. I have one ut in the garden and the other indoors – great for picking up all the smaller toys played with by grandchildren – and even better they use them as a game to tidy up.
Decently made item !
Unfortunately damaged in transit, but managed to sort ( almost back to normal ), this is a good tool for picking up litter, it is very light & seems to do the trick at a reasonable cost. !!.
Handy To Have
Perfect tool. Comes in really handy when I want to pick something up in the garden and I’m not wearing gloves. Perfect for reaching difficult areas, also feel nice and sturdy. Very happy!!
It has a very strong Spring
The spring is very strong making it tiring to use for a long period, (my litter picking sessions last up to 2 hours). and the magnet on the end is not very strong.
Nice bit of kit.
Good quality lightweight and foldable, what’s not to like? I’m disabled and use these a lot, this is my kitchen one. I can use it for emptying my tumble dryer but not strong enough for wet from the washer. Nice bit of kit.
The item feels a little flimsy and unsturdy, and it arrived with a slight bend in it – but I’m not sure if that’s the design or happened in shipping.
It picks light things off the floor, but I wouldn’t trust it with anything too heavy. The grip is again just good enough for small items.
As we bought this to use for litter picking it will suit our needs perfectly, but if you’re using this due to mobility issues I’d recommend a more expensive sturdy one that will last you a lot longer.
Needs tweaking

Came packed with no waste at all. They were packed in 4 in 2 cardboard boxes. Well packed.
They have been a big to me as I am a short person. That means no more having to wait for a taller person to arrive. If its something heavy I have to wait for help.
It does not pick up very small objects as they do not close tightly at the mouth. It has also been a great help to our mother who needs it due to age. Its very light so doesn’t strain while picking. For the cost could be a little less considering its not perfect and needs tweaking. Would suggest it to anyone who struggles after surgery or with other pains good to have one in each room. Will do well if it is tweaked a little by the manufacturers.
