Sie kommt sehr gut damit zurecht, da sie nicht immer umstndlich entsperren muss, wie beim Vorgnger.
Telefonbuch Eingabe ist einfach und auch sonst ist das Men bersichtlich. Die SOS Nr. knnen selbst belegt werden. Nur schade, da ich keine Hlle hierzu finden konnte. Lautstrke ist seitlich angebracht (wo sie laut meiner Mutter auch hingehrt 🙂 )

Es bonito y tiene lo necesario para un mvil. En nuestro caso lo cogimos para tener un telfono sin internet y este es estupendo. Tiene todo lo bsico de un telfono y es compacto.
Teléfono para personas mayores bastante convencional
Este telfono es muy similar al que ya usaba mi abuela de 87 aos, con el aadido del botn SOS. Lo convencional del diseo es un punto a favor ya que facilita mucho la adaptacin de alguien que no quera cambiar de telfono, a pesar de que el otro tena tres aos y estaba empezando a fallar.
El botn SOS debes configurarlo desde el men, aadiendo uno o ms nmeros de contacto de emergencia. Si mantienes pulsado el botn unos segundos el telfono llamar por orden a los contactos que has seleccionado y les enviar tambin un SMS explicando que ha habido una emergencia, el texto de este SMS se puede modificar. La forma en que sabes que has pulsado correctamente el botn SOS es que empieza a sonar una alarma de socorro en tu SweetLink.
Mi abuela en un primer lugar no acept el cambio de telfono y despus de unas horas me pidi que le volviese a poner la tarjeta en el suyo, pero una semana despus me volvi a pedir este ya que la pantalla se ve mejor y el volumen tanto al hablar con alguien como en el tono de llamada es mucho ms alto.
Lo que menos me ha gustado de este mvil es que no tiene suficiente memoria para ponerle fotografas a los nmeros de contacto, necesitas una tarjeta SD para usar la cmara. Otra cosa que he notado es que el cargador no es de carga rpida y si intentas cargar otra cosa que no sea el telfono usndolo tarda una eternidad.

Las teclas son grandes y fciles de marcar y ver.

Es de doble SIM, cosa que lo diferencia de bastantes mviles para mayores, adems de tener botn SOS y bastantes nmeros de marcacin rpida (9)

Ho regalato questo Telefono Cellulare per Anziani a mia madre e ne entusiasta. Il display da 2.4″ e i tasti grandi rendono l’uso davvero semplice per lei. Apprezza molto il volume alto e la funzione SOS la fa sentire pi sicura. La radio FM e la torcia elettrica sono funzionalit extra molto utili. Inoltre, i contatti con immagini facilitano ulteriormente la chiamata dei suoi cari. Un acquisto eccellente che ha migliorato la sua quotidianit!
Hochwertiges und preisgünstiges Senioren-Handy
Geliefert wird hier ein stabiles und wertig verarbeitetes Seniorenhandy.
Auf der Rckseite befindet sich ein groer SOS-Knopf. ffnet man das Handy, so findet man auf der Oberseite ein recht groes Farbdisplay mit einer sehr guten Auflsung fr glasklare Zeichen. Auch auf der Auenseite gibt es ein sehr gut ausgeleuchtetes Display.
Die Tasten sind gro und leicht zu bedienen. Die Zahlen auf den Tasten sind sehr gut zu lesen. Die Tasten verfgen ber einen guten Druckpunkt.
Die Lautstrke kann recht hoch eingestellt werden, sodass auch Senioren mit Hrproblemen den Anrufer sehr gut verstehen knnen. Das Handy verfgt auerdem ber Radio (FM), einen Taschenrechner, einen Wecker und einen Kalender. Auerdem hat es eine Taschenlampenfunktion, was ich ebenfalls sehr wichtig finde.
Die Lautstrketasten sind vorbildlich auen angebracht und somit kann man das Handy immer, auch im zuklappten Zustand, lauter oder leiser stellen.
Der Akku reicht fr eine Stand-by Zeit von mehreren Tagen.
Die gesamte Verarbeitung des Handys ist sehr gut und wertig. Das kann auch mal herunterfallen ohne Schaden zu nehmen.
Das Handy verfgt ber einen USB-C-Anschluss, eine Ladeschale wre aber praktischer gewesen.
Ich vergebe gerne vier verdiente Sterne und eine Kaufempfehlung fr dieses wertig verarbeitete Senioren Handy. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhltnis ist ganz hervorragend.
Ottimo prodotto ad un prezzo irrisorio!
Telefono comprato per la nonna 88enne. Di facile utilizzo con tasti di chiamata rapida, pi il tasto posteriore SOS che chiama automaticamente in sequenza a 5 numeri di telefono impostati finch qualcuno non risponde. I volumi di squillo e di ascolto sono molto alti, adatti agli anziani, cos come i tasti di dimensioni maggiori rispetto al normale. Funziona con una SIM “grande”, come quella che si usava nei cellulari di qualche anno fa. Ma se si possiede una sim di quelle pi piccole, non c’ problema, in quanto nella scatola presente anche l’adattatore che permette l’inserimento di qualsiasi formato di sim voi abbiate. C’ anche la possibilit di inserire una scheda micro SD per aumentare la memoria. Premendo a lungo il tasto ‘0’ invece si accende/spegne la torcia, mentre i 3 indicatori sul coperchio indicano rispettivamente batteria scarica, in carica o completamente carica, messaggi non letti e chiamate perse sul cellulare. Infine il caricabatterie compreso all’interno della scatola, insieme al manuale delle istruzioni. Per tutto questo mi ritengo molto soddisfatto e lo consiglio a tutti.

Good phone, gets the job done
I got this phone as a cheap alternative and it gets the job done. It makes calls and is pretty easy to charge. The instructions aren’t the best so you have to set it up before giving it to someone and try and figure it out a bit. The SOS button and the touchscreen is handy too so I would give this phone to an elderly family member.

Bought this for my mother-in-law’s grandmother, who just wanted a very simple inexpensive phone. Well, this is it. It works well with it’s large buttons and easy to see screen. Perfect for the old dear. She has dropped it a few times and it hasn’t marked so it is built to last. A steal for the price.
I bought this for my 102 year old mum becuase her landline had become totally unreliable. I’m very pleased with it. There were two models listed on the one Amazon site with different price tags. Look hard to find them!. A Series 1 and a Series 2 (S1 & S2). I couldnt see any difference in the specifications so bought the cheaper one and nothing is missing.
Some people have said they had problems installing the sim. I had none. When you break the sim out of the delivery card just make sure its the next size up from the smallest. There are two sim slots and one memory card slot. The sim card slots are the ones that are side by side. Both worked. I used the left hand one because it simplified the onscreen display which didn’t have to tell me that slot 1 was empty. There is nothing to lift up – just slide the top of the sim card under the lugs and push upwards. The card goes in chip downwards with the cut off corner on the bottom right. Make sure the cut out seats squarely. The memory card slot is the one on its own – obviously don’t try and insert the sim card here. You only need this for photos.
It wasn’t dead easy to set up the phone and there were some features that weren’t obvious. It took me a about one hour to go through every menu, get my head around them and get it set up the way I wanted. The manual was a bit skimpy on some issues. I didn’t bother to set up the photos. People with no tech ability may struggle. However once set up mum now picks up the phone presses any key and talks. When she wants to ring someone its just a long hold down of one of the quick dial keys. Simples ! However she still struggled even with these simple processes. Its not the phones fault, its my mum who is very elderly and slow to understand. However she eventually got it. I would suggest that if you are in doubt about your seniors ability then its still worth worth a try because the cost is so reasonable (especially the S1), that you can afford the gamble. Dont forget it only works on G2 so check that your simm provider supports this. There is nothing wrong with G2 – it doesnt have the bandwidth or speed of G3, G4 & G5 but for for voice only its fine. Also check reception in your seniors area on the ofcom site. Before anyone says they are phasing out G2 read up carefully – its G3 that is being phased out now whilst no dates have been issued by providers for G2 – although the government says 2033. I think the phone will be long expired by then. I got a sim only deal for unlimited texts and calls for 2 a month for the first two months and thn 5 thereafter (all figures rounded). If it works well going forwards it looks like the land may well be pensioned off. Excellent product and well pleased. Only time will tell about reliability. Highly recommended. Superb value.
Really necessary if you have elderly at home.
Got this for my mother as she has a brick cell phone, a great purchase indeed. It comes with a dock so she can easily recharge the phone, she even put a photo of me as her contact, and it’s great to know that there is a SOS button along with sim card slots. Very nice gift or phone for your grandparents/parents 🙂
Grandma's happy
I had ordered initially for my Grandma and she has been using it now. She is able to play with the buttons. She is happy to have this phone which is similar to what she used to use in early 2000s.

Got this phone for my granny since she broke her old phone charging socket. Got this mainly of charging dock. It works well and is easy to set up. Sos button is nice to have in case she need to call someone quickly.
Essential functionality for older people
Elderly grandmother really struggled with a transition to a smartphone which her network persuaded on her. She just needed basic calling capability in the event of an emergency. The cradle for charging is perfect as dexterity to insert a small charger was also a challenge. Took a little whilst to set up – especially the loop of emergency SOS contacts but after testing they work perfectly. Does the perfect job – is simple to use and really cheap. She’s confident to use which is the main benefit.
A great and simple phone
I bought this for my elderly parent who finds it easy to use. The stand not only recharges the phone, but also means it is always in this one place so you’re not hunting around to find it when at home, if you don’t want to carry it around with you. What’s really good about this phone is that it has an SOS. Emergency button on the back which you press and hold for three seconds, and it sends a text to your inputted contacts. The buttons are a nice large size, especially if you have poor eyesight and it also has a torch for seeing in the dark. It gives friends and family peace of mind, knowing that we can be notified if there is an emergency.
Limited Instruction Manual
Bought this one for partners mum as she had pierced the main navigation button on her old phone meaning she could no longer respond to messages as when selecting it would jump to another selection. I had managed to save all her contacts to the sim so I then put the sim in this phone — Sim 1. She has had her old sim for at least 15 years so it was the largest one and fitted this phone perfectly but, it just would not connect, kept showing Insert Sim. I thought perhaps it was one that was not accepted by the phone and was about to give up (my sim worked with the adapter). Then as a last straw tried it in the Sim2 socket and it worked!
The instructions are very limited. For example, I managed to navigate to camera but there are no instructions on how to capture the photo! By pressing every key I managed to find #5 button takes a picture (I had inserted a microSD card). Also if the < > come up on screen it does not tell you how to scroll left or right, found it was the #4 and #6 keys.
Tested phone by ringing mum and found it annoyingly reads out the number calling before the phone actually rings. Cannot find any instructions on this. Tried Profile and changed to ring only but that did not work. Changing to Outdoors did not seem any different to General. If anyone finds out how to set it to ring only let me know please!
Another annoyance is that the SOS button makes an alarm sound. I purposely chose this phone as it only mentioned sending messages and calling.
In general, the phone is good value for the money and I hope mum manages to find it easy to send a text (she only uses the phone to answer calls and send texts). It really needs to come with full instructions for all the menus.
I’m absolutely ecstatic with the phone. I have bad, shake hand and I’ve poor sight and this phone is perfect. Even my gran can use this phone and she has very very poor sight but she can use the buttons and see the screen perfectly

Das SweetLink S1PLUS ist ein groartiges Seniorenhandy ohne Vertrag. Es verfgt ber groe Tasten, die es meiner Oma leicht machen, Anrufe zu ttigen und Nachrichten zu senden. Die Dual-SIM-Funktion ermglicht es ihr, zwei verschiedene SIM-Karten zu verwenden, was sehr praktisch ist.

Das Sweetlink-Handy ist genau, was ich gesucht habe. Es ist leicht vom Gewicht her, glatt und angenehm verarbeitet (keine scharfen Kanten) und die Bedienung ist sehr einfach.
Alles ist ordentlich verpackt. Das Einlegen des vorab aufgeladenen Akkus ist kein Problem. Nach dem Einschalten muss man noch einige wenige Konfigurationen vornehmen, aber da hilft einem die sehr gute Anleitung weiter.
Das Aufladen erfolgt ber USB-C. Den Stecker kann man einfach ins Gert stecken oder aber die Ladeschale nutzen, die mit dabei ist. Besonders ist die SOS-Notruftaste auf der Rckseite: Wenn man die im Notfall 3 Sekunden lang drckt, werden Notfallbenachrichtigungen an bis zu 5 selbst vordefinierbare Nummern geschickt, sodass Hilfe kommen kann.
Die Funktionen bieten alles, was man braucht: Man kann mit dem Handy Radio hren, es als Wecker benutzen oder die Taschenrechner- und Kalenderfunktionen nutzen.
Sehr liebevoll ist die kleine Extrakarte im Karton mit der Geschichte von Sophia, die dieses Telefon entwickelt hat, weil ihr Vater, der Herzkrank war, keine Hilfe holen konnte. Sophia wollte dann anderen Senioren helfen und ein Hnady konstruieren, dass den Bedrfnissen von lteren Menschen entspricht. Das ist voll gelungen. Zudem liegt eine Karte mit einem Link bei mit 10 Gesundheitstipps fr ltere Menschen.
Mit dem Rabattcoupon beim Betsellprozess konnte ich noch einmal sparen und ich muss sagen, dass ich berrascht bin, was fr ein gutes Gert man bekommt fr nur rund 30 Euro. Wenn man dazu eine Prepaid-SIM-Karte zum Beispiel von Blau oder Congstar kauft, kostet einen das Telefon jhrlich nur um die 15 Euro an Betriebskosten.
Eine klare Empfehlung von mir fr dieses Gert!
