I purchased my first mini-pc from Trigkey last July and it’s a really great way to get into PC gaming on a budget. Recently though I decided to upgrade my hardware and swapped the SSD from my Trigkey to my new gaming PC. Unfortunately in doing so I lost my Windows 11 Pro licence that came with my Trigkey. However, I emailed their customer service and within a few hours they emailed me a product key to reactivate Windows on my new hardware. Amazing and exemplary customer service. Thank you Trigkey.

Nice little machine. Very very snappy for productivity, browsing etc. It’s reasonable for older games (like those in my Steam library…) and seems to run things nicely at 1080p. It’s also a doddle to upgrade. The stock components are actually branded Crucial stuff with a snappy NVME Gen4 SSD. But when you want bigger ones the RAM and SSD slots are easily accessible. Plus there’s a tray to mount a 2.5″ SATA drive.

5.0 out of 5 stars Easily upgradeable.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersBought this PC to attach to my TV as a Media Player and it has handled everything I’ve tried to watch effortlessly.

4K is absolutely fine and ripped DVD files all play perfectly using VLC.

The PC boots super fast and is running Windows 11 smoothly.

Games seem to run fine (I’ve been playing Elder Scrolls Skyrim at high settings without issue).

I also connect it to my amplifier via Bluetooth to stream music.

I bought a wireless keyboard with built in trackpad with it and this is also fine.

      Highly recommended.

I think this must be the 3rd Trgikey mini pc I’ve bought, each one more powerful than the last. This one was to replace my Dad’s ageing AMD Phenom 955T PC. As he doesn’t need a power house computer for the stuff that he does this was the perfect choice, plus it gets rid of the need for a massive bulky computer case.

Set up was extremely quick and easy, and then it was just a case of transfering files from the old to the new.

Performance-wise, it is superb, and a massive jump up from what he previously had. It should keep him going for quite a few years.

Great little pc, it came with the mounting bracket that screws onto the back of my monitor ( which wasn’t detailed in the description) so was a added bonus. The mini pc is small neat and compact. I’m no computer geek so cannot comment on it’s capabilities in depth, but it does brilliantly for what I use it for which is FB, YouTube, emails etc. So not sure if it’s any good for high speed stuff like online gaming. I’m well pleased with this item.

5.0 out of 5 stars Small and Neat.

I have on other systems a Ryzen 7 3700X and a Ryzen 9 5900X used for music production. With regard to running my DAW of choice (Cubase 13) this CPU based system runs more instrument and effects faster than my 3700X. It will never match the 5900X but it does give it a much better run for the money than the 3700X.
6 Voice Channel count for Retrologue was 114 tracks for the 3700X (Sample rate 512)
I stopped testing the 5800H at 196 tracks for the same patch. It could have done more

Golden Review Award: 4 From Our UsersEvery so often computers need to be upgraded, so I was keen to try the mini-computer format to replace my existing tower.

I had not heard of this brand before, but thought I would give it a try – and I am impressed.

The performance is excellent (speedy to boot up, fast to use). It’s always fun to go back to Half-Life 2 (which an old computer struggled to run 20 years ago – eek!), and admire the high frame rate and excellent, effortless highest-resolution graphics produced by this computer. And it processes large image and music/audio files in superfast time.

I was surprised to find that the computer included a speaker (basic but adequte for video calls).

I’ve mounted this computer on the back of my monitor (easy to do with the VESA attachment bracket included), so it seems that a large amount of desk space has freed up.

I chose an inexpensive expander hub to plug into the Type C USB port. That has given me all the connections I require for my various music-related peripherals.

For me, everything about this mini-desktop computer has exceeded my expections!
