      It is fantastic
It worked like a charm. I was initially nervous buying an off-brand pc. But I should not have been, it is a very fine machine. It is very quiet. Only problem I had was that I could not use all 4 mounting screw as the distance from my desktop stand on my Samsung 27 inch curved screen is too high to mount across the 4 mounting points. I turned the pcu spite down and just mounted with 2screws. The device is quite light.

It is well made – I may buy a second.

Performance – its a good processor and with 16Gig RAM it works floorlesly with as many chrome tabs, outlook, WhatsApp word and excel.Network WiFi performance is wifi6 .

      I can’t reccoment enough

      Amazing Customer Service
I purchased my first mini-pc from Trigkey last July and it’s a really great way to get into PC gaming on a budget. Recently though I decided to upgrade my hardware and swapped the SSD from my Trigkey to my new gaming PC. Unfortunately in doing so I lost my Windows 11 Pro licence that came with my Trigkey. However, I emailed their customer service and within a few hours they emailed me a product key to reactivate Windows on my new hardware. Amazing and exemplary customer service. Thank you Trigkey.

      Easily upgradeable.
Nice little machine. Very very snappy for productivity, browsing etc. It’s reasonable for older games (like those in my Steam library…) and seems to run things nicely at 1080p. It’s also a doddle to upgrade. The stock components are actually branded Crucial stuff with a snappy NVME Gen4 SSD. But when you want bigger ones the RAM and SSD slots are easily accessible. Plus there’s a tray to mount a 2.5″ SATA drive.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our Users1TB model. Awesome PC
Small size PC roughly 10cm by 10cm. Say 5cm tall. Comes with power cable, 2 display cables (short in length), and a mounting plate. Windows 11 pre-installed.

Its silent. Anyone who complains about the fan noise should get their device checked or move it to a better ventilated area. I have mine on all day and it’s utterly silent. No radiating heat.

Performance is better than my laptop. Boots up in a few seconds. Loads of RAM and 1TB on board storage. Graphics card is impressive for something so small. No stutters, judders or lags. I recommend turning HDR off as on my TV it was washed out.

I also recommend tweaking the registry settings to get a smaller task bar. I also recommend downloading software to stop Microsoft sending your data onto them (I use O&O Shutup10++) otherwise its done behind the scenes without you knowing.

Comes with 4 usb ports. I recommend plugging in a splitter. Mine has individual switches. Great bit of kit.

If you’re looking to replace an old computer for your home, and to free up a ton of room, you can’t go wrong with this. Delighted with my purchase.

      Cheap, fast, quie
I have two NUCs currently, this one and a much more expensive Intel NUC (12th Gen i7). This one performs just as well at well under half the price. It’s light, neat and quiet. Vega (The latest Zen3 revision in this unit) is a much more mature iGPU than Intel’s XE and gaming performance is much more consistent, even if synthetic benchmarks put them neck and neck. The screw-on VESA bracket for monitor mounting is a little crude compared to Intel and Gigabyte NUCs solution, which have a separate mounting plate that the PC just drops onto; but it does mean it can be fitted eccentrically (in my case, I can still mount the PC on back of the monitor even though its VESA mount is taken up by a desk clamp). It lacks a SATA connector for an additional internal 2.5″ SSD, and there’s no thunderbolt-4 of course (exclusive Intel/Apple tech), but these are luxury elements not expected at this price.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersExcellent PC, genuinely surprised
Bought this PC to attach to my TV as a Media Player and it has handled everything I’ve tried to watch effortlessly.

4K is absolutely fine and ripped DVD files all play perfectly using VLC.

The PC boots super fast and is running Windows 11 smoothly.

Games seem to run fine (I’ve been playing Elder Scrolls Skyrim at high settings without issue).

I also connect it to my amplifier via Bluetooth to stream music.

I bought a wireless keyboard with built in trackpad with it and this is also fine.

      Highly recommended.

      Powerful little PC
I think this must be the 3rd Trgikey mini pc I’ve bought, each one more powerful than the last. This one was to replace my Dad’s ageing AMD Phenom 955T PC. As he doesn’t need a power house computer for the stuff that he does this was the perfect choice, plus it gets rid of the need for a massive bulky computer case.

Set up was extremely quick and easy, and then it was just a case of transfering files from the old to the new.

Performance-wise, it is superb, and a massive jump up from what he previously had. It should keep him going for quite a few years.

      Small and Neat.
Great little pc, it came with the mounting bracket that screws onto the back of my monitor ( which wasn’t detailed in the description) so was a added bonus. The mini pc is small neat and compact. I’m no computer geek so cannot comment on it’s capabilities in depth, but it does brilliantly for what I use it for which is FB, YouTube, emails etc. So not sure if it’s any good for high speed stuff like online gaming. I’m well pleased with this item.

Very strong performance from the excellent Ryzen 7 5800H CPU
I have on other systems a Ryzen 7 3700X and a Ryzen 9 5900X used for music production. With regard to running my DAW of choice (Cubase 13) this CPU based system runs more instrument and effects faster than my 3700X. It will never match the 5900X but it does give it a much better run for the money than the 3700X.
6 Voice Channel count for Retrologue was 114 tracks for the 3700X (Sample rate 512)
I stopped testing the 5800H at 196 tracks for the same patch. It could have done more

      Excellent mini pc
The small size belies the power and speed of this pc. I reinstalled windows 11 pro with a usb as an upgrade from 10 pro and it activated immediately, so absolutely no problem there. The usb C connection is super fast. After initially thinking that it could not be as good as the reviews I am happy to say I was wrong. I would certainly recommend this pc, although I will add that I am not a gamer so cannot comment on it’s use for that purpose.

Golden Review Award: 4 From Our UsersVery, very impressed.
Every so often computers need to be upgraded, so I was keen to try the mini-computer format to replace my existing tower.

I had not heard of this brand before, but thought I would give it a try – and I am impressed.

The performance is excellent (speedy to boot up, fast to use). It’s always fun to go back to Half-Life 2 (which an old computer struggled to run 20 years ago – eek!), and admire the high frame rate and excellent, effortless highest-resolution graphics produced by this computer. And it processes large image and music/audio files in superfast time.

I was surprised to find that the computer included a speaker (basic but adequte for video calls).

I’ve mounted this computer on the back of my monitor (easy to do with the VESA attachment bracket included), so it seems that a large amount of desk space has freed up.

I chose an inexpensive expander hub to plug into the Type C USB port. That has given me all the connections I require for my various music-related peripherals.

For me, everything about this mini-desktop computer has exceeded my expections!

      Great little P.C
I’ve had the 5800 for a few months now, & I am very impressed. I use it as a bedroom media centre mainly for YouTube, but also light gaming (C oh H), also Freecad, Blender, Davinci (video editing) Netflix & Prime video. I upgraded the storage to 2 tb. I will upgrade from 32gb ram to 64 in the future. The pc is mounted to the wall. The PC is not good enough for VR. I loved this mini PC so much I got another for an Xmas present (320.00) overall, this PC is ideal for me & I would recommend. Oh, & it’s quiet.

Golden Review Award: 12 From Our UsersWay better than I was expecting!
5800H/16GB/500GB – For just over 300 I am really impressed with this little system! It comes with Windows 11 Home Pre-loaded, includes WIFI 5GHZ and Bluetooth 5.0, and the NVME storage drive isn’t some crappy nonbranded SSD, it’s a genuine Crucial P3 Plus Gen 4.0 SSD! Don’t get this confused with a thin client machine as it’s not! It’s packing a full “fat” 8 core, 16 thread Ryzen 7 desktop CPU cleverly bundled into a super small box, it’s hand-sized! I can edit my 1080p and 4k videos on this system with ease, watch films, browse the web, even play some basic games. (Although this machine is NOT for gaming). It boots in seconds and feels super snappy! Multitasking is breeze on this, it’s truly amazing! I had concerns about the thermal and accoustic performance due to its size, but genuinely it runs quiet, cool, and barely audible even under load! It’s worth noting the CPU’s descrete graphics automatically assignings system memory, it reserves 3GB of your 16GB automatically for video tasks, thankfully I’ve not noticed any detremental performance loss because of this, which is a relief! It might be worth upgrading to 32GB memory later down the line if this is an issue for you. The rear IO has two USB A 3.0’s, 1 x HDMI and 1 x DP, Power Jack and Ethernet. The front IO has 2 x USB A 3.0’s and 1 x USB-C connections. Other notes – The power button is super safisfying to press! This system won’t dissapoint for the price! – Jake

      It just works.
I love the small compact design. It’s very fast and powerful for what it is and really quite when your doing daily tasks. This increases when it’s working harder but still nice a quite. Definitely would recommend this product especially at a lower price like I did during the sales.

Golden Review Award: 7 From Our UsersFabulous little PC
Fabulous little PC. Bought the 1TB, 32GB version with the 8 core 5800 CPU for 360 with the discount

Simple to install, just a few minutes to get Windows 11 Pro up and running. A boot from cold takes 11 seconds. Installed VMWare and a Virtual Machine running Windows 11 Pro boots just 1 second slower

Benchmarked the SSD. 3G a second give or take. 6 times faster than the Samsung 2TB Sata SSD in my laptop

Plugged in a BluRay drive and watched UHD movies no problem using VLC. Stream a UHD movie over WiFi 6, no buffering

Tried a 4K monitor on HDMI and USB-C both worked fine. It supports 3 monitors

Very, very quiet, just a tiny bit of air noise at full tilt

I’m genuinely impressed, worth every penny

Golden Review Award: 10 From Our UsersGood "little" computer.
I was so impressed with this machine
Having owned PC ‘s for a lot of years, when they were towers and so slow in booting up, I bought this little gem.
It boots up so quickly, and is fast. 32gb ddr4 ram, and an SSD 1tb hard drive, what more do you need for everyday personal needs. I have it connected to a 27 inch Samsung curved screen monitor. The graphics card is good enough for me, as I am not a computer gamer. I have an Xbox for that. It plays 4k movies to a good standard.
The machine is so small it would fit into an adults hand. It doesn’t suffer from overheating, as the fans inside, are ample.
For the price, it’s really good value. I paid about 410 for it.
