Cette balance / quilibreur vous permettra de de bien grer les cellules de votre batterie.
La tension dans chaque cellule sera la mme grce ce module.
Il est trs bien conu, la qualit des connecteur, cbles, boitier et metteur Bluetooth est trs bonne.
J’utilise cet quilibreur avec des batteries de vlo que je recycle.
Pour l’application il faut envoyer un message au vendeur comme il le mentionne dans le descriptif.

Bekanntlich ist eine Kette nur so belastbar wie ihr schwchstes Glied. Auf mehrzellige Akkus bertragen bedeutet das, dass die Zelle mit der geringsten Kapazitt das verfgbare Potenzial des ganzen Stromspeichers darstellt. Verschiedene Prozesse sind dafr verantwortlich, dass nicht jede Akkuzelle selbst derselben Serie identische Leistung erbringt, weswegen man von den Zellen, die alles etwas besser knnen, entsprechende viel abzapft und an jene leitet, die hinterher hinken. Diese Arbeit vollfhrt ein Balancer wie dieser hier.
Die Fertigungsqualitt entspricht dem Standard, fr die Installation sollte man jedoch entsprechende Grundkenntnisse haben. Der Balancer arbeitet einwandfrei, die jeweiligen Prozess-Strme lagen gemessener Weise bei max 500mA. Fr grundstzlich intakte Zellen ist das genug, wobei hohe Lade- und Entladestrme sowie kurze Zyklen die Leistung dieses Gertes berfordern knnen. Man muss sich darber im Klaren sein, dass dieser Balancer kein ‘Plug & Play’ Produkt ist, sondern Basiswissen ber die Vorgnge voraussetzt.
Fazit: Zufriedenstellendes Produkt, dessen knappe, englischsprachige Bedienungsanleitung wenig Informatives vermittelt.
Saves me hours, never returning to doing it manually
The software interface could be better. Not the best user experience. That said what it lacks in design it compensates for in time saved & proficiency. Manually top balancing with a resistor and portable power station was tedious, now it only takes 10-20 mins.

Funktioniert einwandfrei
Eingebaut in 12V 280Ah Lifepo4 Batterie. Daly 150A BMS aufgebaut. Anschlussdrhte sind einzeln beschriftet. Gebrauchsanleitung sehr kurz gefasst aber fr Einbau ausreichend. Leider keine Funktionserklrung. Gert macht ordentlichen Eindruck. Zellendrift vor Anschluss 0,120 Volt. Nach 24h Zellendrift nur noch 0,004 Volt. Bereits zwei Monate in Gebrauch. Sehr guter Zellenausgleich. Gemessener Ausgleichsstrom von 2,6A. Taktet die Ausgleichsstrme bis optimaler Ausgleich erreicht. Perfekt.

Dopo aver avuto modo di testare il modulo di bilanciamento attivo 5A per pacco batteria 16S Li-ion (NMC/LFP) e devo dire che ne sono rimasto molto soddisfatto.
Innanzitutto, ho trovato che il modulo sia estremamente efficace nel bilanciare le celle della batteria, garantendo una distribuzione uniforme della carica tra di loro. Questo essenziale per mantenere la longevit e le prestazioni ottimali della batteria nel tempo.
La facilit d’uso un altro punto a favore di questo modulo. sufficiente collegarlo al pacco batterie e lasciare che faccia il suo lavoro automaticamente. Non c’ bisogno di configurazioni complicate o di monitoraggio costante.
Ho anche apprezzato il fatto che il modulo sia progettato per funzionare con batterie al litio di diversi tipi, inclusi NMC e LFP, offrendo una maggiore flessibilit nell’utilizzo.
Dal mio punto di vista, il modulo di bilanciamento attivo 5A un ottimo investimento per chiunque abbia bisogno di mantenere le proprie batterie al litio in condizioni ottimali. affidabile, facile da usare e offre una protezione essenziale per prolungare la vita utile delle batterie. This is a great little bit of kit for balancing lithium cells, and features both mobile app and windows software control.
These are my main pros and cons for this product:

Overall this is a pretty standard balancer at an average price. It has all the major functions as well as being compatible with basically all brands.
During use it didn’t get hot or have any of the problems of very cheap units, it performed well with everything I tested it with. Its data was reasonably accurate when checked against a pro balancer costing three times as much.
For the price you can’t really complain, just be prepared for a steep learning curve if you are a newbie.

Questo bilanciatore attivo 4S 1A di 100 BALANCE arriva ben confezionato in una scatola di cartone riportante la descrizione del contenuto.
All’interno troviamo il bilanciatore avvolto in abbondante pluriball, il cavetto di collegamento con gli elementi del pacco batterie, lungo 46cm e completo di connettore, ed 1 pieghevole con le istruzioni di collegamento.
Pu essere utilizzato sia per celle LiFePO4 che per celle Li-Ion.
Con una corrente di compensazione massima di 1A, in grado di bilanciare abbastanza velocemente celle di capacit medio/bassa facendo in modo che raggiungano rapidamente lo stesso livello di tensione, meno velocemente celle di grande capacit.
Questo modulo di bilanciamento non sostituisce ma pu affiancare un BMS, che svolge funzioni di monitoraggio e protezione, essendo un dispositivo complementare in grado di ridurre i tempi di ricarica, migliorare l’efficienza della batteria e la durata e pu essere utilizzato anche da solo.
Il cablaggio fornito non etichettato, per cui, necessario prestare attenzione alla sequenza di fili attestati sul connettore, aiutati anche dall’indicazione della polarit presente sull’involucro, e procedere al collegamento (a connettore scollegato dal bilanciatore) partendo dal filo “nero”, che sar collegato al negativo (“-“) del pacco batterie, poi il primo filo blu dopo il nero, che sar collegato tra il 1 ed il 2 elemento, poi il secondo filo blu dopo il nero, che sar collegato tra il 2 ed il 3 elemento, poi il terzo filo blu dopo il nero, che sar collegato tra il 3 ed il 4 elemento ed infine l’ultimo filo blu che sar collegato al positivo (“+”) del pacco batterie.
Il bilanciatore si attiva quando la tensione della prima stringa supera 3,1V 0,1V e si disattiva quando la tensione della prima stringa scende al di sotto di 3,0V 0,1V.
Non include alcun sistema di monitoraggio del pacco batterie ma solo dello stato del bilanciatore, mediante l’unico LED a bordo, acceso di colore verde se il bilanciatore attivo, spento se il bilanciatore non attivo.
In conclusione: la fattura pregevole e ad un prezzo competitivo, comprende anche un involucro ben fatto ed accattivante. Sarebbe stato un best-buy con un sistema di monitoraggio visivo anche minimale, bastava che l’unico LED potesse evidenziare almeno i 3 stati: bilanciatore attivo in stand-by LED verde, bilanciatore attivo in fase di bilanciamento LED arancio, bilanciamento non attivo LED rosso. Comunque consigliato. Spero che queste info vi siano utili.

El dispositivo causa una buena impresin y todo se muestra perfectamente. Muy recomendable: Los cables de enchufe tendrn una etiqueta indicando de qu cable se trata. La instalacin no es tan difcil. Slo tenga cuidado y asigne los cables a las ranuras correctas. Lo menciono para que quede claro. No tengo que quejarme de algo que no tengo (ni siquiera est en la descripcin del artculo). No hay opciones para ajustar o restaurar va Bluetooth, RS485, etc. Hace su trabajo completamente desapercibido. El equilibrador realiza su funcin sin mucha atencin y almacena/entrega clulas aproximadamente al mismo nivel. Es. Capaz de corriente de 5 A, tambin es adecuado para el primer equilibrio superior de clulas LiFePO4. Mis expectativas sobre el producto se cumplieron plenamente y estoy muy satisfecho.

Efficient balancing for battery packs

I have a li-ion battery connected to my solar inverter. My state of charge was never quite reaching full capacity and I wasn’t getting my batteries full potential because a couple of the cells voltage we’re not the same as the others. After using this balancer, it made a huge difference – My state of charge was able to reach 100%, and I’m now able to get far more out of my battery than I ever have.
The balance is highly worth the cost. It is easy to set up – If you have an existing BMS you could even connect each cell wires to the ones already on your BMS. A+ service. Good communication.

Effective for battery maintenance
In my line of work, balancing battery packs is a daily task. I tried this equalizer balancer and found it effectively redistributes charge across various cell types. Its heat management is commendable, barely noticeable during operations. The compatibility with different BMS systems saved me from compatibility headaches. However, the Bluetooth app could be more intuitive. It’s not the most user-friendly, requiring a bit of a learning curve. Ideal for those in energy storage or with a fleet of electric vehicles, it simplifies maintenanceconsiderably.

Funktioniert, baugleich zum Daly BMS nur teure
Ich verwenden einige DIY 8S LiFePo4 Akkus fr einen Solarspeicher und setze dabei zur berwachung der Zellen das 100A und 150A BMS von Daly ein, die aber nur einen rudimentren Zellausgleich ermglichen.
Im normalen Betrieb werden die 8S Akkus schonend bis maximal 27,4V geladen. Nur einmal im Jahr lade ich die Akkus auf 28,8V auf, wobei die Zellen erheblich auseinander triften und der aktive Balance zu seinem Einsatz kommt.
+ ber eine App kann bei dem Bluetooth Modell die Spannung der einzelnen Zellen geprft und ber einige Parameter das Balancing kontrolliert bzw. sogar deaktiviert werden (PW 123456). Die Version mit App ist vor allem empfehlenswert, wenn man kein Smartes BMS hat.
+ Der Zellausgleich funktioniert mit den maximal 1A gut, wobei bei meinem Test maximal 0,9A angezeigt wurde.
* das Bluetooth Modul ist leider nicht mit der Daly App verwendbar, man bentigt zwingend die spezifische 100 Balance App, ber den Barcode in der Anleitung aus dem Play Store ladbar. Viele Parameter in der App sind allerdings fr das BMS und damit fr das Balancer Modul nicht nutzbar.
– Wer ein Daly BMS hat, sollte daher gleich zum Daly Active Balancer greifen, der auch mit 39 Euro, selbst ohne den aktuellen 10% Gutschein erheblich gnstiger ist.
Insgesamt eine gute Mglichkeit um Bluetooth und einen Aktiven Zellausgleich nachzursten. Verglichen mit dem baugleichen Modell von Daly aber zu teuer.

Inbetriebnahme + Betrieb:
Das Gert vermittelt einen guten Eindruck, alles ist auf ihm sauber beschriftet. Sehr lblich: die Kabel fr die Zellen sind beschriftet fr welche Zelle welches Kabel ist.
Der Einbau ist nicht wirklich schwierig, nur muss man ganz penibel darauf achten die Kabel auch der richtigen Zelle zuzuordnen. Ich erwhne es nur zur Sicherheit, ich brauche nichts bemngeln was er einfach nicht hat (steht ja auch nicht in der Artikelbeschreibung). Es gibt keine Einstell- oder Abfragemglichkeit mittels Bluetooth, RS485 usw.
Er verrichtet seine Arbeit vllig unspektakulr. Der Balancer tut ohne groes Aufsehen seine Pflicht und hlt/bringt die Zellen auf annhernd gleiches Niveau. So soll es auch sein. Da er einen Strom von 5A kann, eignet er sich auch gut fr das erste Top Balancing von LiFePo4-Zellen.
Meine Erwartungen an das Produkt wurden vollends erfllt und ich bin sehr zufrieden damit.

Ebenfalls kann ich nicht wirklich beurteilen ob etwas “schn” ist, “gut klingt”, “zu laut” usw. ist. Dies ist eine rein subjektive Aussage meinerseits. Was mir gefllt muss nicht zwangslufig jedem gefallen, zu laut empfindet jemand anders als normal…
Auch wenn mir das Produkt im Zuge des Vine-Programmes kostenlos zur Verfgung gestellt wurde, bewerte ich ehrlich und unter dem Aspekt eines ordentlichen Kaufes. Wenn ein Produkt meines Erachtens den Kaufpreis nicht wert ist bewerte ich es nicht besser, nur weil es mich nichts kostete. Ich habe keine Vorteile durch eine positive Bewertung, genau so wenig Nachteile bei einer schlechteren Bewertung.

Easy to install; bluetooth app to monitor, balance will lengthen the life of your batteries
If you are home building a battery system in your home or embarking on van life. This
100Balance Smart Active Equalizer Balancer works with a variety of lithium battery types including Lifepo4, Li-on LTO. The kit includes the battery balance module; that you can mount to a panel close to the batteries. The pack includes 14 leads; one is coloured black that you need to connect to the main negative terminal of your pack. Then you can connect to the terminals on your batteries/ pack in sequence. The cables are supplied tinned; but to make it tidy you might be better cutting the cables down to length. You will need to solder the wires onto connectors or tabs on your battery packs. When its installed; you connect the multi pin terminal into the balancer; and plug the Bluetooth module into its terminal (there is a connector you can get separately to monitor via a computer.) When its powered you can use the 100Balance app to configure and monitor the balancing. Once enabled you can leave it to look after your batteries; it balanced out my 3-test battery setup balancing the voltage across the packs whilst they charged. This balancing during charge and discharge should make the investment in your batteries last longer; and if you keep things charged a lot of the time you should get more power from your system as the charging is in a better place.
I found it is easy to install; it works fine with small PO4 pack setups; like mine and will be able to grow with you.

Well made unit that does as it says on the box
I have a battery pack which due to a fault in the battery “balancer” that came with it failed, became unusable.
I removed the faulty cells in the pack, (two), and have replaced the failed balancer with this, and it does seem to be working fine.
The very basic idea of this unit is to ensure all the cells are the same voltage, by monitoring the voltage of each cell, and balancers the cells so they are all set the same, which improves efficiency and battery life. Time will tell if it works well, but I note it only works with a minimum cell voltage down to 3 volts, (this is in the specifications of the unit). I would have liked it to operate lower than that, but that is its specification, so I have not deducted any stars.
It is running cool, and the pcb well protected by its case, and the connecting leads are a good length, and I had no problem routing them. I also like the idea that the unit is unpluggable, and the connector is good, as on my original one unit, they were soldered directly to the pcb.
Recommended, and I think good value for the money.

So hat man seinen Akkupack ganz genau im Blick. Erfreulicherweise ist die bentigte App auf deutsch und das koppeln funktionierte problemlos.
Allerdings steht mein Akku ziemlich abseits, so dass ein auslesen auf Dauer per Bluetooth mhsam wird. Der Balancer bietet allerdings eine RS485-Schnittstelle und somit die Mglichkeit die Daten ebenfalls per ModBus auszulesen. Mal sehen ob das funktioniert, dann bekme ich die Daten auch live ins SmartHome.
Der Balancer tut ohne groes Aufsehen seine Pflicht und hlt die Zellen auf annhernd gleichem Niveau. So soll es auch sein.

Ich flle prinzipiell keine Aussagen ber den Preis eines Produktes. Dies muss jeder fr sich entscheiden ob es einem das wert ist oder eben nicht. Ebenfalls kann ich nicht wirklich beurteilen ob etwas “schn” ist, “gut klingt”, “zu laut” usw. ist. Dies ist eine rein subjektive Aussage meinerseits. Was mir gefllt muss nicht zwangslufig jedem gefallen, zu laut empfindet jemand anders als normal…
Auch wenn mir das Produkt im Zuge des Vine-Programmes kostenlos zur Verfgung gestellt wurde, bewerte ich ehrlich und unter dem Aspekt eines ordentlichen Kaufes. Wenn ein Produkt meines Erachtens den Kaufpreis nicht wert ist bewerte ich es nicht besser, nur weil es mich nichts kostete. Ich habe keine Vorteile durch eine positive Bewertung, genau so wenig Nachteile bei einer schlechteren Bewertung.

Dopey me ordered the wrong balance
Firstly I’d like to say the actual balancer seems to be well made and has the weight to give confidence in the item however stupid me assumed this would work on a 4S battery configuration simply by cutting off the excess wires like you would with a BMS.
I was wrong! the supplied instructions state this is not permissible, I should have ordered a 4S balancer for my newly built Lifepo4 four cell battery.
Super Dependable
You need to know what you are doing to use this successfully, but I assume if you have purchased one you do! I got this for a friend and he said it was exactly what he needed, very well built to the point of perfection, and does not require high currents.
Great for Recycled Cells
This is a great bit of kit to add to a pack of recycled cells in a solar array.
While the BMS can have balancing built in, often on cheap ones the balancing only works while the BMS is charging the packs, however with this added into the system you get configurable and monitorable trickle balancing at all times (the device is powered by the pack), meaning that you should never have unbalanced cells again.
The app, and the windows desktop app both fell a little bit unpolished, but they do work and the numbers seem to match reality which is always good to see.
Its probably too early to call this a long term success at this point, but I am very optimistic this is working as intended and will aid in the life and longevity of my pack, time will tell.
I will come back to update if anything changes over time.

Ich habe fast gar keine Ahnung, was Strom so ist. ohm und Watt wie auch Ampere sind mehr Chinesisch fr mich udn daher war die Einfachzeit der Nutzung fr mich wichtig. Die Leiferzeit natrlich auch, weil ich eine Frau bin auch die Optik und das war optimal. Der Balancer kam schneller mit dem Bluetooth-Modul, dem Kabelstrang under der Anleitung. In dieser sind die QR-Codes fr die Apps abgedruckt, so das ich gut verarztet wurde. Das Moudl funktioniert nun gut und balanciert mit maximal 1 Ampere vor sich hin. In der App lsst sich alles einfach einstellen. Ich bin sehr zufrieden und Preis war auch in Ordnung!
