Overall great faraday pouches. Made of great quality and well stitched together.

The important thing is that they work! The keys need to be be placed in the inner sleeve for it to the totally protected by the faraday wires.

It is a tad tight if you have a large fob with a set of keys attached but for most keys this will be just fine.

Can’t really comment on the RFID card blocker as I’ve not really tested that at all.

Well made and works well, I was unable to detect an Apple Tag I placed inside one with some spare keys. Likewise I was unable to unlock my car let alone start it when my key fob was in the pouch.

I found the slightly larger size pouches very handy, the small ones struggle to hold my keys and the large Audi wireless fob.

There are some hooks and a removable clip that didnt seem particularly useful for my purposes but I can see that others might fidn them very useful.

This pack of two Faraday Pouches look very well made and quite elegant. They also come with 2 Rfid blocking cards which fit well into a wallet/purse. Whether these will work, I can only hope as don’t know how to test.
The pouches however, I tested on my Hyundai i10. I put the key fob into the case and closed it. I then stood by my car and pressed the buttons through the case and nothing happened. I turned the key fob around and did the same again and still nothing. I am assuming, therefore, that they are doing the job.
At 8.99 for a set of two, they are good value and great for putting the spare set of key in.

These 2 pouches are reasonably well made with neat stitching a ‘carbon fibre’ type appearance and different attachment points, one external and one internal. I presume the internal one is for attaching your keys so that they do not get seperated from the puch unless you detach them using the included clip?

I personally use my keyfob with couple of house keys attached, but it is a bit of squeeze to fit them into this pouch. Once in they are secure as the flap of the pouch can be securely closed using velcro.

I like that you get 2 pouches for the small price asked. These are a well made product that does block any signal from my keyfob, and of course the key is kept safe also. The fact you get 2 pouches means that my wife can also use one with her keys.

    Good stuff.

    Great pair of Faraday pouches.
I tried these out to make sure they work and they do! Standing next to my car I placed my fob into the pouch pressed all the buttons and nothing. Job done! I own a Fiesta ST one of the most stolen cars in the country so this is an added level of security.
They are a little small, if like me, you have other keys on the car keyring. I like the look af them and they seem well made. The two credit card blockers are a bonus.
Cheap extra protection for your four wheel pride and joy.

You might have heard the stories of hi-tech thieves using an amplifier-type device to unlock and start new-gen vehicles. This little pouch will help you to save your car to some extent from such hi-tech thieves!

I bought the smaller version, though the finishing is not so great; I can’t complain at the price point. I kept my car keys in the pouch and tried to unlock the car while keeping the key (within the pouch) very close to the door handle, and it did not work. That means the pouch is working as expected. In my opinion, every car owner should buy these kinds of pouches and keep their keys in them when not in use.

    Great product, highly recommended!

Value wise, exceptional, not only are you getting two RFID blocking key cases, but also two cards that sit inside your wallet or purse, so that your debit / credit cards are protected.

This is one of those items that you will never truly know if it has worked, unless your car gets stolen, then its safe to say it didn’t work, so to test the pouch, I tried searching for the ‘AirTag’ that I have attached to my car keys.

All I can say on the matter is that something was happening. The AirTags were found, but the signal was all messed up, indicating that the tag was close, then moving around, and finally when the phone was placed directly over the pouch, the phone was still indicating that the tag was some distance away.

Overall we are very happy with the product, and the added peace of mind that it provides.

The pack comes with two good-size pouches, made of a woven mesh & able to take a key fob and some extra keys, if you have cars like we do that still have ignition & fuel cap keys, as well as a central locking device. Also in the pack are two RFID-blocking cards.

The pouches are very effective – I tested them with our Volkswagen keyless entry, and the car did not unlock despite holding the sealed pouch against the bodywork. As soon as the key was removed from the pouch, the car unlocked, so the seal is very effective against stray radio signals.

The pouch has an internal strap, so you can keep the key fob attached to the pouch, which is useful as I don’t keep our spare key on a ring. The only less than perfect feature is the metal clasp on the back of the pouch – useful to clip it to a bag or to hang it on a rack, like we do, but it is permanently sewn to the pouch, so cannot be removed if you want to reduce some weight.

The pouches come with two bonus RFID blocking cards, designed to go in your wallet to protect cards from being accidentally (or deliberately) read when not in use; I have put one in a wallet, but it’s hard to know whether this feature is working!

My Astra J has a strange habit of opening its windows sometimes on its own.

It’s either haunted, or suffering with the known issue with certain Astras where the key can malfunction as if you were holding down the unlock button (which opens the windows).
Anyway, I don’t really know if this pouch is helping with that or not.
It hasn’t happened since I’ve been using the pouch.

Aside from that, anti-theft, etc. The pouches are okay in quality, not the best, but they seem to do the job. The included cards are also handy to have.

[I received this product for free, in exchange for an honest review, as part of the Amazon Vine programme. That being said, this review is NOT swayed by that, and (as always) contains only my real thoughts on the product; good and bad.]

I ordered the 2 Pack Faraday Pouch for Car Keys to keep our cars safe as there has been a spate of robberies locally where thieves remotely clone your key fob and take your car! The pouches arrived and instantly the men in the house were interested. They have a masculine and solid feel to them, they look like you can really trust them.

The pouch is lined with ‘blocking’ fabric and has a tag which you can attach your key fob to. It is plastic and quite thin so may not last, but as the seller offers a lifetime replacement or refund you don’t need to worry.

You can fit a Honda or a Ford key fob with house keys in the pouch, easily. The pouches are ideal for what I wanted them to do, the outsides are sturdy and look like they will stand up to a bit of wear and tear.

The RFID blocker cards are also useful and fit easily alongside credit cards. The metal clip on the back is a bit flimsy and I would have preferred a belt loop attached to the pouch instead. That aside I really like the product, it is as anticipated, good quality and good value at 8.99 at the time of this review. 5 Stars.

5.0 out of 5 stars Good quality, good value would recommend

The pouches are well made and are easy to use, but are a little bit bulky and more suited to keeping in your bag or at home than keeping in your pocket. I tested them by putting my car keys inside then attempting to unlock and start our car. The car wouldn’t unlock, even with the pouch resting on the bonnet and refused to detect the key whilst it was inside the pouch.

Another quick test of the blocking cards using my phone to see if it could read the chip in my bank card was also successful. Despite the size, I’d rather know that my car and card is safe so 5 stars.

On first inspection this pack or two Faraday pouches looks good. The pouches are firmer than many and have a good quality feel about them.

I tested these with keys for both our cars and they did stop the car from opening even when holding the pouch very close to the car.

Although being effective is the key function I do have a couple issues with the design. Firstly the pouches are a bit too small even for our car keys neither of which is the largest I’ve seen. Combined with the stiffer material this makes removing a key more difficult than it should be and there’s no chance of getting two keys in a pouch unlike some other products.

The other annoyance is the extra clips on the pouches. There is one larger metal one on the outside that cannot be removed and another one inside the pouch that could be cut out but for me doesn’t serve any useful purpose along with the outside clip.

4.0 out of 5 stars Effective but a little small for many keys

    Introduction & Amazon Shop Page
2 Faraday pouches and 2 RFID cards for less than 10 – great value pack!

    Pros and Cons
    + 2 pouches
    + 2 cards
    + Less than 10
    + It all works!

    Packaging
Comes in a box for transit, with all items inside. Box is recyclable, or useful to keep unused items in. All good!

    Quality
All very good! The pouches are durable and well made, and the cards are strong enough to take a slight bending if left in a wallet.

    Performance and User Experience
    Everything works!

The pouches stop remote car key use, so are perfect to protect yourself from key cloning and theft. For the price, the security they offer is absolutely worth it.

The cards stop card skimming, and one should protect an entire wallet.

    Value for Money
With a sets in a pack, this is fantastic value! I’ve seen just card sets cost more than this, and there is enough here for 2 people to be well protected.

    Final Thoughts
Value, quality, and content is all 5/5. If you’re looking for a small Faraday pouch, and maybe some bonus cards, and another Faraday pouch all for 8.99, you can find it here! 5/5 – Recommended!

The latest thefts come equipped with advanced technology. Recently, there was an incident in my neighbourhood where criminals used a device to intercept the signal from a keyless fob, typically hung by the front door, enabling them to drive the car away. Despite everything being captured by home monitoring cameras, the car was still lost, and the chances of solving the case were uncertain. Why not safeguard your car from the outset? Placing the keyless fob in a protective case effectively blocks the signal it emits.

This RFID pouch/card set arrived well presented in a neat cardboard box, rather than a less recyclable plastic bag. The two pouches have an attractive Carbon-Fibre style finish with Red stitching. They’re very lightweight. The size is just right to hold a car’s remote keyfob plus a few attached keys (see pic), if necessary.

The thin but strong hanging thong has a tiny detachable plastic clip for easy removal/reattachment (see pic). The thong is well stitched into the edge seam.

At the back of the pouch, there’s a swivel carabiner stitched strongly to the back (see pic). It’s nice that it’s a swivel one – more comfortable attachment to belt or whatever.

The velcro on the closing flap has quite a good grip.

There’s a metallic effect inner liner front and back.

The edge seaming is let down because it wasn’t folded back on itself prior to finishing the stitching run so it’s already fraying (see pic). I’ll be dropping a bit of superglue on that to stop further fraying.

The two RFID blocking credit card sized cards are great for putting in your wallet/purse – I’ve previously reviewed a 4-pack of these (5.99, also by WHonor) and can confirm that they work well also.

I tested this pouch by putting my Honda keyfob inside and trying to unlock my car as usual by pressing the unlock button. At just 2m/6.5ft away, the signal was completely blocked by the pouch.

    Pros :
    Attractive Carbon Fibre finish
Amazing Value for 2 pouches plus 2 RFID blocker cards
    Works very well

    Cons:
    Edging already fraying

In summary, A great RFID blocking pouch/card set that really works – shame about the frayed edging on the pouches.

5.0 out of 5 stars Excellent Value RFID pouch/card set that works well
