Finding a phone for my technophobic grandmother was a struggle — until I found this one. The buttons are large and easy to see, making dialing simple and straightforward. Plus, the volume is incredibly loud, perfect for those with hearing difficulties. It doesn’t have a lot of bells and whistles, but that’s precisely why it’s ideal. My grandmother no longer worries about accidentally downloading apps or getting lost in confusing menus. Best of all, she can easily contact me whenever she needs anything.
Got this for my grandfather and its ideal for his age. He is in his 80’s and this phone is perfect for him. It’s got large numbers, sound is brilliant and also has a docking station to charge instead of fiddling with a charging wire. Surprisingly has a camera which was an added bonus, not that he uses it ha ha. But yes overall very useful for the elderly and its a fair price.
Purchased for my elderly mum. Very easy to use, nice buttons and compact. Can be put round neck for easy access to use SOS button. Simple to navigate. Nice having a charging dock stand, much easier than trying to put in a cable. Sound is very clear and loud. Also has Camera and FM Radio. Front display shows call, text. Nice size screen and bright. My mum is really pleased with this phone as she can use it without any problem.
My 73-year-old mum loves this phone! The large buttons and simple interface are perfect for her. I did considerable research on a big button replacement but it appears to me that as each phone generation has been introduced they have been complicated by more features which she just would not use as she only uses phone and the odd text. Consequently I settled on 2g and whilst some providers have phased this out my wifes provider still supports it.
The phone has a neat and smart appearance with a bright screen and an easily accessed menu and the charging cradle is a plus.
The only peculiarity I found was connected to the ring volume which I would have expected to have found in the tool section. However, an email to support received a fast reply telling me that both ring and speech volume is controlled by the standard side button.
For a basic senior phone this is an excellent buy.
