2PCS Tension Rods for Net Curtains Easy Use Net Curtain Rods

These things are brilliant! Soooo easy to assemble and I’ve finally got my net curtains back up after having my double glazing fitted. I love that because it is solid, there’s no dip in the centre, like there used to be with that flexi net curtain wire. My window with is 172cm.

I used these to hold the top and bottom of a mesh insect net covering a door.
The rods are surprisingly sturdy for their weight, to install simply twist the smaller inner rod out until it is slightly longer than the gap where it will be placed. Then squeeze the rod to engage the spring and push in to place where the spring expands and holds in place.
My small children did manage to pull the mesh and pull these out of place a few times but it didn’t cause any damage and the poles falling was much preferable to ripping the mesh.
I did notice once that the pole turned while installed and then fell but I think that was user error, I didn’t epand the pole far enough to maintain enough pressure on the spring and hold everything in place.
