Bought this controller to replace my Xbox series x controller and to got a battery powered game pad. It works perfectly on my Linux gaming pc. Love the charging stand.
Great feel and ergonomics, especially loved the hall sticks. Overall a very nice controller the only downside id say is I only can get it to work with pc gaming and phones wish it worked on ps5 and series x
With the switch on the back of the controller in “X” mode (for X-Box controller emulation) it works just like a real X-Box controller with Windows PC games. The joysticks are really smooth. It’s not quite as comfortable to hold as a real Xbox controller, but close. The dock works just like you’d expect. The buttons on the back don’t seem to work in “X” mode, but that’s fine because I’m not used to them being there anyway.
At this price point, I’m not sure what I’d improve.
Con: The base is somewhat light so the mild magnetic connection can cause the base to lift slightly and shift the base on your desk. If you are OCD like me you will be straightening the base constantly if it bugs you. Still 5 stars though because the controller is fantastic.
