This is nicely packaged in a nice gift box so would make a great gift. I love wooden toys as they are safe for children.
It has nice calming pastel colours which makes a nice difference to the bright coloured, loud colours that usually appear on toys. The pastel colours make it no less exciting thanks to the fun activities on each side. It is a nice size for toddlers and so is easy to store away when not in use. It is age appropriate. It has round soft edges making it safe for children and does not have any wood chips. There are five activities around this cube:
1/ Shape sorting
2/ Rotating puzzles
3/ Moving block
4/ Sliding boat with a mini mirror
5/ Bead maze
Each activity is well made to keep the little ones entertained by exploring the various sides.
There is a small defect in the wood which has irregular paintwork which is visible. Other than that I really like this subtle coloured activity block.
I’m so impressed with this activity cube. It’s so beautifully made with exceptional attention to detail, including rounded off corners. My little one loves it. There’s plenty to keep her entertained and to help her learn and explore. Would highly recommend.
Good interactive toy that keeps my child preoccupied. It allows the child to use both hands and build manual dexterity. The beauty to the product is there’s no sharp edge, it’s a smooth finish so no risk of any injuries.
This cube is (mostly) well made with smooth edges and rounded corners, and then painted in muted colours suited to the nautical theme.
On the top (which stores in the cube upside down) you have a wire network with beads to move around. All children I know have loved this kind of activity.
Around the sides you have….
A shape sorter with non standard shapes – instead of a star, triangle and square you have a rainbow, a cloud and a sun (OK, this means you still have a standard circle) which fit in with the theme of the cube.
On the next you have a ‘chute’ where you place a piece that looks like a mini dumbbell which then rolls down until it drops into the arch at the bottom. Depending on which way round you put the piece you watch either a crab or an octopus doing somersaults.
Opposite that one you have two yachts that can be moved along in grooves. The sun in the sky is a small mirror.
On the final side you have a couple of spinning puzzles. Each has two creatures on it, and with the pieces one way you see one – flip to see the other. This is the side that give me (as an adult) issues! The images don’t match up across the sections, and one of the pieces (the fish/turtle head) doesn’t want to stay showing the turtle – it spins back to the fish as soon as we let go of it. Given the attention that appears to have been given to the rest of the cube, this is disappointing – and has lost the cube a star.
Introducing this toy into my niece’s playtime has been enlightening. The variety of activities keeps her engaged and curious, exploring each feature with enthusiasm. The build quality is sturdy, standing up to energetic play. It’s compact enough to store easily yet offers enough activities to entertain. The educational aspect is subtly integrated, aiding in her motor skills and problem-solving development. The colors and textures also seem to stimulate her senses positively.
This activity cube is one on the best constructed I have seen – All wooden (metal for the Bead rollercoaster). Paintwork is top notch – nice neutral colours, no sharp edges and it can take a little rough treatment (kids eh!). Very portable – can be taken anywhere.
Very well designed and thought out as there is not one element of this activity cube that my Grandson does not find mesmerising. – in particular the Bead rollercoaster feature.
Packs up well – all parts can be packed up within the cube in no time – so no lost bits!
My Grandson always goes straight to this activity cube! – Enough said!

The activity box is very well made with a seaside, sea theme the colours are lovely and there are a variety of different activities for a child to explore the age is 12+ months, there is a shape sorting activity using a cloud rainbow and sun shapes the lid of the box has a bead activity with a dolphin in the middle all the shapes can be stored in the box and the lid turned over to use as a lid the box and shapes have nicely rounded edges other activities include moving the little sail boats and rolling a shape with a crab and octopus picture down a groove so it rolls out of the bottom a child can also flip the shapes to make a shark a fish a whale and a tortoise.
This activity box would be nice for a girl or boy to play with, I really liked the sea and sea creatures theme.

This is by far the best activity cube I have seen. Really top quality, all made of wood, apart from the maze wire, and no sharp edges.
You simply flip the top upside down to reveal the maze with the dolphin handle, and the various shapes are stored inside the cube.
Loads of activities to discover, and even I enjoyed playing with it!!
Each side reveals something different – one side has holes where you fit the shapes, and another has a sort of slide where you put the shape and it slides all the way down to the bottom. Another has two sailing ships which you can move around, and the other has a shark and a fish on a wire and split into three so you can move flip them into a whale and a tortoise. The whole cube is really well decorated with animals and sea creatures – delightful. Then you have the maze at the top with beads.
All of it is multicoloured and really good fun – it will entertain toddlers, and yet is educational at the same time.
Very impressed, and I didn’t want to put it back into its box. I felt just like a kid again! At the current price of 26.99 less a 50% voucher it is excellent value – would make a wonderful gift for girls and boys. And though I hate to say it, there was something really addictive about playing around with the toy sliding down the rail. Even at my advanced age I didn’t want to put it down – maybe I am entering second childhood!!
