Very handy for delicate work
This drill is ok for small holes and delicate work. It doesn’t have much torque so you have to work from small to bigger holes with lots of drill bit changes. Downside: seems you can only buy replacement bits in sets and only from the manufacturer. Overall a useful tool. Regards value for money. It’s not cheap at 50, but it’s well made and nice to use.
Lacking in accessories
Good looking bit of kit, excellent functionality but the chuck and collet are very small. 2.6mm and although the kit has drill bits with the same shank size 0.06~2.6mm I use much smaller with a larger size shank so it will not fit the drill.
I purchased a 1:16 adjustable drill chuck to take my PC B drill bits (2:35mm) so be aware. There are not many accessories to fit this kit. Also note the drill has a fair bit of play even when the screw coller is up tight.
A nicely made tool
This seems a well thought out drill, with a good range of speeds, and comes with a selection of drill bits. Time will tell about the quality of the bits, but spares are readily available. I’m looking forward to getting to use it, and so far I’m pleased with my purchase.
Great little tool.
Great little drill with some great features and when considering its size for me that’s amazing.
Good and detailed instructions. The ability to increase or decrease the speed of the drill is a good plus as well, in my opinion, when you switch it off it goes into reverse in order to assist its removal.
Nice clear screen to show drill direction and speed setting.
I also like the fact that when switched on it remains on until you switch it off unlike some competitors where you need to keep your finger pressed on the switch.
The set of drills it comes with seem of good quality (NB: I only use for plastic or soft white metal) and their magnetic attachment in the case is a great touch in my opinion.
Can’t comment on the drills torque ability when using the larger drill.
Overall a nice little tool to add to the collection.
Great once I read the instructions
It didn’t seem to work once had gone asleep and was having to charge it briefly to wake it up. Then I read that I had to hold the power setting button for 2 secs to wake up and now it’s working brilliantly
SDS ULTRA battery is a good small drill
after reading previous reviews I was not sure, decided to try it if no good return for refund, as it turned no problems, battery was flat, put on charge and tested with 0.5mm drill on 3d model I am building and once I had a dimple to seat the bit tip into (yes these smaller bits do wobble a bit at the tip) worked as described (used the slowest speed).
I would recommend this for modelers and PCB building.
As a PS, if you cant find the charging lead look into the other end of the outer box, there is a compartment under the flap.

Solidly built & comes with a very good quality case (drill bit storage is magnetised – nice touch)
Very quick and easy for drilling out gun barrels on marines or for putting grab handles on tanks.
The first time you press the activation button it drills clockwise, the second time changes to anticlockwise – so extracting the drilled material from the hole and protecting the drill bit as you pull it out. Third push switches it off.
The LED light that comes on at the front when drilling is also actually pretty useful so you can see what you are doing at times when your arm or hand movements might otherwise block out light from your desk lamp.
Great product – I would buy again.
Superb Miniature Drill…
Superb miniature drill, perfect for my hobbies. Model ship building and general scale modelling. Repetitive hole drilling etc.
Beautifully engineered and about the size of a marker pen.
Comes complete with quality drill bits plus, during operation.we have headlights .
I bought this to replace a cheap handheld pin vise I was using to pin miniatures and drill gun barrels. The quality is excellent, feels like a premium product, not cheaply manufactured. The storage case is brilliant with strong magnets holding all of the bits in place. Case has a nice push and pop open action to open it up.
The drill itself is really easy to use, feels great in hand with just 1 button to turn the drill clockwise/anti-clockwise/off. Quick and easy to remove and swap out drill bits. The charge lasts for ages as well. It’s already saved me a TON of time, it’s perfect for drilling gun barrels on 40k minis. Just a small guide mark with a scalpel tip and can go straight in with the drill, takes 20 seconds or so and perfect every time. I use standard paperclips for pinning and the 0.8mm bit creates the perfect size hole.
If you’re on the fence about getting one for use with miniatures I can’t recommend it enough.

great product the big downside is finding replacement drill bits that fit they seam to have a different size shank to all product’s i have found so if any body knows of a link for arrowmax drill bits for the uk please let me know
