Assembly is child’s play. Looks good when built. Comfy to sit in,goes back quite a bit. When your happy at the degree you are leaning back at you can flick a lever and the chair will not got back any further. Until you unlock the lever and rest a new position.
Quite impressed with the quality of workmanship and material
Great comfy chai
Good quality chair. I have purchased two, my brother spends his day on the computer and he is very pleased with it, very comfortable and great value for money. Easy to assemble and very sturdy. Would definitely recommend
Great Home Office Chai
Bought this chair to replace a well word older chair, arrived on time and was easy to assemble in around 10 mins. Very comfortable and just the right fit for my office at home, good support and overall a good improvement on my old chair at a good price to boot.
Easy to build
This was bought by my nephew he had it built in bout 30min instructions were easy to follow chair does what it says and comfy and sturdy he is happy with his purchase
Unbelievable for the cost!
I bought 7 chairs to replace old ones that had become uncomfortable for my staff and I cannot believe the quality for such a low cost.
If you’re needing a good office chair then don’t delay ordering one, you’ll not be disappointed.
Comfort at a good price
I’ve had my new chair for two months, so it’s time to write a review. I’m elderly, retired, and I do office-based charity work at my desk, so the chair is well used, everyday. This one replaced an old, very expensive leather office chair that I purchased years ago when I was self-employed, working from home. It was very comfortable but the leather was worn and splitting, and it needed replacing. These days, the equivalent would likely cost over 1000. Money is tighter now, so should I buy a similar-style replacement for under 70?
I decided to, and I haven’t regretted it. It was straightforward to put together (a power screwdriver is very helpful), comfortable, and plenty of adjustments. For the price and comfort, I have no hesitation in recommending it.
However, I have given it 4 stars, instead of 5 for support, assembly and comfort. For one reason – the castors. My office is carpeted but has a large PVC protection mat, which the chair moves around on. The five wheel runners are made of plastic, and, when first fitted, the chair would only slide round – the castors would not turn. For me, this was a significant problem. My clever wife suggested seeing if the rubber castors from the old chair would fit – and they did, exactly! Now the chair moves correctly, with rolling wheels. This is the one deficiency that I have found, prompting the 4-stars. Does anyone want five castors with plastic runners?!
Excellent chai
For the price it is a quality finished chair. Easy to assemble and very comfortable. Very sturdy , looks and feels quality, the fabric in grey is a good look. Well recommended.
A good solid chai
I was a bit miffed that there was not even a simple instruction leaflet to assist the construction of the chair. Yes, of course! It was simple to put together, but the construction of the chair is an important part of the purchase and hence should the subject of some literature within the con structure package.
Otherwise I enjoyed the construction and am now enjoying my new chai
Decent chair for a decent price
Perfectly adequate chair but not sure how long it will last.
Only had it for over a month and the left arm rest padding has disappeared already.
The backrest is at a slight angle as other have mentioned and can be difficult to roll across a carpeted floor without the wheels flinging upwards off the surface.
Overall it’s a decent chair but honestly I probably would not purchase it again and would buy a slightly more expensive chair that will last long term.
This chair offers a lot of quality and comfort for a relatively low price. I love that you can adjust the backrest tilt position which is easy to do. The height adjustment facility is also appreciated. It’s very comfortable to sit on and has an “executive” look. It’s easy to assemble as well.
A well-made good looking office chair.
I have been using my new chair for a few weeks now. It is a clever chair, the armrests move with each manipulation of the backrest. The backrest is wide and comfortable. the seating is well padded and comfortable. I bought the grey fabric version, it seems well made, comfortable (as I said) and sturdy.
Was I to be fussy then I would note that the plastic arm rests are a little more flexible than I would, normally, prefer but nothing to worry about.
As far as I am concerned (this review may change as the chair grows older) this was a wonderful buy. One I am very pleased with and I would heartily recommend this chair to others.
As a big lad, 6’6″ and 19.5 st (273lbs) including latest Christmas weight, or 198cm/124kg for our continental cousins, I was after a heavy duty chair that needed to be sufficiently narrow to fit under my similarly narrow desk and this ticked all the boxes. Delivered 3 days earlier than Amazon estimated (just as well I have no life and was home (asleep) when delivery chap rang the bell, knocked and finally called my phone. 3 times. Top marks for persistence!
Unpacked and assembled in less than 15 mins whilst wearing a bathrobe. Easy assembly, though the seat pad bolts did throw me for a minute as they appeared to be out of line with the frame, but by loosening the 3 bolts already inserted and re-positioning (there’s a bit of slack in the frame for just this purpose), all 4 went in smoothly first time.
Chair is comfortable, though the seat is a little firm but not a problem and a slim cushion could easily resolve if needed, and overall it feels secure enough. The latter point is quite important being a larger gentleman, which brings me to the one “issue”. Curiously, although the promotion photos provided by Amazon at the top of this article clearly state that the chair will support 286lbs (129kg), the included care and assembly document states a max. weight of 110kg or 254lbs, which is either (242lbs or 115kg), neither of which are close to the sales pictures, so there is some inconsistency in this detail. As i say, the chair feels sturdy enough at this early stage to take a battering from my ample frame, so I’m going to take my chances.
So, overall, I like it. It looks and feels a good quality product, certainly for the price and does what it says on the tin, if not the tin’s small print. If I have any further positive updates I’ll add them here. Any negative news will be posted by my chiropractic.
