Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersMine has lasted a year of daily cycles. 60-80 miles a week. I’ve had the pas sensor replaced, few punctures early on before I used slime, the valves used to get decapitated from the rotational force of the wheels.
Accidentally the battery short circuited once through attaching it, but Amazon provided credit for the purchase of 11 amp hour battery, which improved things. The brakes are fiddly, mine ended up damaging the disks and so the brakes only last a few weeks.
Furthermore at some point, the controller started to shut of the motor within 8 seconds of pedalling, so you have to apply brakes or stop pedalling for a second before you can go on again. An annoying trait that I lived with, and has defined the bike for me. Moving on to a more sturdy bike now my work has financed it, but this is definitely worth it for 700ish. Just expect some tinkering

Haven’t rode a bike for 5.5 years due to a bad knee injury which still gives me problems now along with COPD lung disease and other problems. Day one, I managed to ride 3.6 miles with pedal assist only on 2 steep hills. Not a great distance, but for me and my condition it all makes a difference. I am so happy I bought it, very easy to ride with and without assist mode.

Golden Review Award: 7 From Our UsersHad this bike for 10 weeks, do about 100 miles a week commuting to work and back, quite easy to assemble, the only difficult part, was the bolts that go into the handlebars, they just didn’t want to go in, a bit of grease made it easier, I replaced the seat, uncomfortable, gave me a numb bum, also replaced the handlebar grips, really small and uncomfortable, put some proper MTB clipless pedals on and replaced the tires with some schwalbes. The alleged suspension is completely useless from a company I’ve never heard of they should have just used a normal fork, Battery life is ok, I climb about 1000 ft on my commute to work, and only lose 1 bar on the power display, pulls quite well up hills, you feel it slightly when you go over 15mph, but you still get a good workout, and burn calories, I usually burn about 700 calories on a normal bike on this ebike about 500, and it does come in handy, on a windy North Yorkshire morning, slight complaint the chain pops off every now and then, but worth it to get about, if like me you don’t drive, and there isn’t much public transport where you live, one more thing, the disc pads are appalling, they wore out almost immediately, I got some cheap ones of Amazon, if you need them they are 20mm height, and 30mm width. One more thing, I needed to replace the gear chain, and the man in the bike shop, said it had way to much gearchain, and that is why it was popping off, update also had to replace the rear cassette, it changes gear a lot better now with a a nice new fat chain, and cassette.

Bike was easy to assemble. It came on time. The bike itself is sturdy and feels great but the battery isn’t great. It get around 10mile before it needs charged which is way less than anticipated.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersBeautifuly packaged, good tools supplied, fairly simple to put together, took me about 4 hours and then…. Bloody hell, I’ve just rode my from workplace to mum and dad’s, it’s like a pushbike but with a bloody turbo attached to it! Last time I rode a bike regularly was about 20 years ago, I’m probably about 18 stone (Hence getting a bike) and I’m 6 foot tall, anyone under 15 stone would probably need hand restraints for the handlebars, I love it! I’ll edit the review accordingly once I’ve seen how well the battery performs, but I’ve road it 5 miles today in Mode 3 and it hasn’t dropped a single bar on the indicator. Highly recommend this for your first power assisted bicycle.

5.0 out of 5 stars Outstanding

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersSo today 02/06/2022 came this bike at 8:30 in the morning, quickly assembled it in 20 min max and only because i was in chill mode :-), everything on mounting stage went smooth no problems at all!
After finish to mount it i had a ride on it for 30 minutes around the city i am living, i can say that this bike it is awesome in all aspects, suspensions are great, brakes are pure good enough, shimano brilliant working without problems, battery came nearly fully charged and to mount it is very easy with a good and strong lock system, engine wheel powerful(to much powerful) and i am very impressed, the frame doesn’t look cheap at all and i love it!
Weight of the bike is a bit high but that doesn’t affect the engine at all.
What more i can say about this bike than just wow!
    Worth it.

5.0 out of 5 stars Cheap for the best performance

My first ebike and this bike is just incredible. I drive 3 miles to work in a Jag, on a steady pace I can do the same route in give or take a minute, the same time.
    Without, breaking into a sweat!
I’m around a 100kg this bike pulls away with unnerving power.
I struggle to find anything negative about the bike. Assembled in less time than to top up the charge for the battery. Comfortable, yeah OK there’s no leather adjustable seats or flappy paddle gear shift, but there again, this doesn’t cost over a 100 quid to fill the tank up!
If you are hesitant about hybrid peddle power, don’t mess about or procrastinate. Just get it.
BTW I’m 5 10 and with seat in the lowest position, my feet just touch the ground.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersFeels a bit cheap for a 700 bike. Seats very uncomfortable, the chain is squeaking when I pedal after about 5 rides and I can’t get rid of it no matter how much wd40 I use… I sound like deebo coming down the street!

So it does what it does but with some minor issues.

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersGreat bike, read into it a lot and even asked someone’s opinion at a bike shop. The build was easy peasy – I did it on my own in 5/10 mins. All put together the bike looks really smart. Due to other reviews, I purchased a handlebar extender and I am glad I did. Just for comfort for back positioning, I needed them a little higher. I’m 5ft 6inches and normally ride an 18′ frame bike. i bought 2 of these with the hope my partner and I could both ride them as the frame size wasted listed anywhere. Sadly it is a 20′ frame so just that little bit too big. Between the seat and handle ars is 26 inches and on a 18′ bike its 23 inches. So i found i was reaching for them. Also on the bottom of the seat pole, i was on tiptoes. Okay to ride, but not long term. So i would only recommend this bike if you are 5ft 7 inches and above.. I have returned one bike and kept the other for my partner. He is 6ft and fits it fine. He used it to work today and loved it. Great bike and great price. Just not if your under a certain height.

Golden Review Award: 4 From Our UsersBought two bikes one for my wife who is 5 foot 4 inch (if you are smaller than this probably the bike will be too big ) and one for myself at 5 foot 9 inch . We have changed the seats because I think with the bike being heavier the ride becomes stiffer , We have also put handle bar raisers on because the taller you are the more you lean forwards and the handle bars are not adjustable without raisers .
It is a different style of riding than a normal mountain bike because of the weight and the gears . 1st gear is like 3rd on a normal bike but that’s when you turn on the power assist and away you go .It does not take long to get used to it and get a smile on your face going up them hills.
The seats and raises cost about 30 for both bikes off the internet.
More expensive bikes will probably be better but for the money these are very good ( happy riding )
