Applied with microfiber cloth, let it work for a couple of minutes on the tar spots. Reapplied tar remover to cloth and wiped off. Used buffing rag to remove residue. Waxed and buffed. Looks grea

It was easy to use and it does take off the tar out from the paint. I’m just afraid if used too much then it might affect the glossiness of the paint.

Golden Review Award: 4 From Our UsersDriving on the motorway on a rainy day, a work lorry pulled in front of me and a spray of something went all over my windscreen, I managed to wipe it clear enough with lots of wiper spraying to be good enough to see and carry on. Upon inspection later I found the whole front section of the car was absolutely covered with speckles of tar. we were away for 2 days and tried a manual car wash which didn’t shift any of it. despairing the worst I was fearing it would not come off but found and ordered this for when I got home. I used it sparingly as it wasn’t a very big bottle (and as I wasn’t sure if it would do anything to the paint work also) with a soft cloth and was amazed. With a little elbow grease it started coming off pretty easily, it took me a while on a nice day (again I did use it very sparingly) but it certainly did the job, very clean, shiny car now and in the end I only used about a third of the bottle (and my car was really covered) and the paint work is fine – Excellent stuff!

I had small spots of tar all over my white car, it got the tar off, its cheap and it works. So overall a pretty good result. Tar had been due to road surfacing and was left on there about a week before I tried rubbing it off.
