Gives a decent shave
This Braun original shaving head works well and gives a decent shave. I had a cheaper non-Braun version before that which was vastly inferior. I will only buy originals in future.
Replacement shaver head
Received on time. Only tried it once so far, shaves OK but not quite as good as the original Braun head. Will have to see how long it stays sharp.
Very good product..
This model is actually better than the one which came out with the shaver even though it’s missing one function where you can lower one side of the foil.. but shaving is overall easier and more accurate than with my previous one..
Not the cheapest, but good.
I’ve been told not to buy unbranded copies, so bought this foil/head assembly. My old one survived 3 years; this is so much faster, and better! Whips through the whiskers.
Won’t wait so long next time.

I have found that the Braun replacement parts are much better quality than similar brands made in the far east.

rejuvenated old razo
Got a replacement head for my Razor for the first time since new, years ago, and it is working great and effectively new again – I should have replaced the cutting head ages ago!

Braun recommend that this head be changed every 18 months, but I never get more than 3 months out of one.
However this is the sharpest and best found so far (other cheaper ones are, I suspect of dubious origin)
Worth paying for the quality
Bought this to replace the cutter head on my razor, which I had for at least a year and a half. Previously I tried replacements which didn’t really last. This original Braun one is not cheap, but well worth it as it gives a proper close shave.
My razor is like new.
I did not realise that the old head was so blunt. Now I’m getting a much closer shave. I only knocked off one star as I think it is expensive as you now have to buy a complete head. I used to buy a foil or a cutter both were easy to replace, now you have to change the whole thing and throw away the body of the head which has nothing wrong with it.
Gives a good close shave but not the quickest. Reasonable value for money but I feel I would have done better with a more expensive model. The Brand is normally a reliable bet.
Bought a Braun S3 in December 2022. I don’t have a particularly heavy growth, but I shave at least once a day. It gave me an excellent close dry shave in 5mins with no irritation, but by October it was taking at least 15 minutes & was not quite so close.
Braun recommend changing heads, (theirs, not mine) after 18 months, but shaver light indicated change needed two weeks ago, so I bought a replacement head. No complaints, perfect fit & superb close shave in 5 minutes again. OK, replacing heads every 11 months is not ideal, but for me, having a dry shave as good as my old wet razor makes it worthwhile & it’s cheaper than blades & shaving gel!
