Best oil for my Audi
Being a VAG guy most of my driving life, I’ve used many different engine oils and mobil was always my top pick. Since Audi now recommend Castrol, I started using this 5w40 LL in my Audi TT and I believe it feels so much better with this. Oil is oil but when you buy a decent quality one you can be assure that it’s good for up to 20k miles so worth every penny in my opinio
Not Easy to buy 5l!
I like to use a good oil in our car as it’s either being driven 2 1/2 miles to work by my wife or I’m thrashing it up the motorway! Not an easy life for the engine. Buying 5l (as opposed to 4l) is enough for a service and gives a litre or so left over for topping up. It’s a useful saving too, and was delivered the same day I ordered too, so win-win!

Castrol is a trusted brand, and recommended by VAG, my car is Seat 1.4 TSi. Dropped one star because how can you rate the quality of the oil unless the engine fails due to internal wear. I have been using this oil since the car was new, so far no problems at 22,000 miles, car 5 years old. Will purchase again from Amazon next
year.
This oil is exactly what I would recommend to anyone with a car that in the owners manual requires 5w-30, its a great brand to buy from, great quality, the seals on the products are great so no spilling before you use they, ergonomic construction and really visible measuring side so you can see how much you have used and what’s left in the rest of the bottle. Affordable and good quality; couldn’t ask for much more
