Had back surgery and been house bound for twelve months.
The best exercise tool you can buy in my opinion.
Looks simple but can do so many exercises. Look at YouTube videos.

Bought this to improve mobility and assist with resistance training for cartillage repair: I’ve had some issues with my knees and hips and need to strengthen in more planes of motion rather than just the linear ones. Doing slow body weight squats on this board forces stabilising muscles into action, forcing everything to work in synergy as you strive to counter balance the constant small and eratic directional changes. It’s perfect for one legged balance moves too for the same reason.
Strong plywood contruction (I’m 100kg/16 stone and no bending or creaking at all) and a good grippy surface (no way you’re going to slide off it). Everything is symmetrical and correctly centered (some other brands have been reviewed as being off center, but not this one) and it looks good for what it is (even the logo looks tidy, clean, and to the point). Great price too. Highly recommended.

I wasn’t expecting a great deal from this as it is at the cheap end of the market, however it is sturdy and seems to be well made. A fun way to improve balance and helpful to your core muscles. Interesting that the oldies in our family seem to be better at it than the youngsters! Use it on a carpet or, of course, be careful if you have it on a hard surface where it is more lightly to slip.

I’ve got it under my desk, and it means I’m moving my feet all the time, every time I shift position my feet move on it to keep my balance. I’m not standing on it, it’s just a footrest but it works really well. I do think I probably should’ve paid a bit more for one that had adjustable height because it’s a little bit low but compared to having your feet not moving all day. This works really well don’t think you have to spend a lot of money on these. This one cost me 15 and it seems just as sturdy and well-made as all the others
