Product as advertised
It is a great product of a great quality, would recommend to anyone who is looking to purchase a mat. Customer service is also very good and when I thought I had an issue they dealt with it professionally, didn’t make me feel awkward for raising a concern and helped me to resolve it. Would purchase from them agai
Thin not thick
Rolls out easily and doesn’t curl up. Good length and practical colour (grey). Nice knobbly texture and non-slip, but rather thin. When working exercises on my knees I find I need extra cushioning.
Nice mat does the job
Used this today at yoga, it was fine – it’s quite squishy so leaves indents where your weight is, but I quite like that – great value for money – does the job
Great mat for a lump like me
I’m male 6′ 2″ and 15 stone-ish, I have spondylolisthesis l5 S1 and I stopped doing my physio instructored stretches everyday as we had moved and stuff got in the way. Now feeling much worse in the pain department started again but needed a firmer more comfortable mat that the old 12mm foam mat from Aldi years ago. The new mat is very similar to my drawer liners for my tools and I was a little worried that it would be too thin and maybe damage too easily. However after my first routine I could “feel” the floor better without feeling the wooden floor, now I’m fully back in the swing of stretching thanks to this superb mat and even my chisel like toe nails that carve up my socks don’t damage the mat. The mat is heavy but not too heavy and stays flat whilst stretching, rolls back up neatly afterwards, it’s held in place by a neat carry handle double loop strap. Do your self a favour and buy this mat it certainly 5 stars from me!
Nice colours, stays completely flat on the ground and doesn’t slip. Only drawbacks are it’s not extremely thick so doesn’t offer a lot of comfort from hard floor, and doesn’t hold up against more energetic workouts done in shoes- the blue material wears away, chips off, and ends up on all the floors around the house. Great for yoga/pilates
Nice color, nice produc
I do find it good enough for yoga, they do act like foam that leave your prints on it for few seconds but I do add a cotton blanket on top I find it more comfortable than the feel of rubber. Anyway I still like it, no smell and roll nicely back on the sticky side. I’m happy with the product.
Good for beginne
I got this when i started working out and doing yoga. It worked nicely but did fray after a while and before that compressed so didn’t give much padding for knees. If you are past a beginner it wasn’t comfortable for difficult poses for a long period. Or even on your knees for over a minute.
Good Value, Questionable Durability
The Core Balance Yoga Mat offers a good deal for its price. However, its durability raises some concerns. Shoes leave a lasting mark on the mat, an issue that suggests the material could use some improvement. It’s a fair choice for the price, but be mindful of the mat’s sensitivity to footwear.
Comfy
Love the color, mat is longer than I thought which is great . Good sturdy padding for joints while exercising. The sling is great addition for packing and storage, love it !
Cheap but not cat proff.
I used 2 of these to rest my pull up bar on so it wouldn’t damage the floor and so that we could have some padding for various exercises. This was the cheapest and it is a yogo mat so that’s good. Unfortunately it is very prone to cat scratches which is something I didn’t think about but again CHEAP so can’t complain to much. It’s also very thin.
