They just sit in your ear canal and the top is the shape of your ear which makes them comfortable to wear and you can lay on it, they cut out loads of noise, I have found that you only need to wear one as wearing two you can hear yourself breathing
They’re definitely much better than the foam ones in fitting inside and then staying in my ears and are very comfortable to wear even to bed. Make sure to wear them the right way around though. They don’t stop sound completely but do lower the volume of the annoying low frequency vibrating humming that comes into my bedroom from next door’s fridge enough that I don’t obsess over it. As an example, I can still hear when I click my finders or scratch my duvet cover but not as loud as if I wasn’t wearing them.
I bought these to wear whilst sleeping.
Having two sizes is a useful and novel idea. I think the small size fits best for me but both sizes are useable.
On the subject of fit, the earplugs fit into my ear very easily indeed (the best I have tried to be honest), stay in place while sleeping and are extremely comfortable.
They perform as per the product description, these will not eliminate all noise but rather damp it down. For me it was mainly just the odd bit of noise from my neighbour during the night and early morning road noise from outside (people leaving early for work etc) and as such they seem to work well.
I have paired my Earplugs with a HELOS Blackout Eye Mask. This combination has transformed my sleep.

These are the first earplugs I’ve tried that are comfortable to sleep with, they didn’t fall off my ears the whole night. No ears pain in the morning. Noise insulation is good not great, but it helped me a lot.
