I brought this blanket for my mother for Christmas as she is very reluctant to put her heating on, but happily uses an electric under-blanket on her bed.
So I thought let’s get her and over blanket she can use in the living room!!
Upon opening the first thing that struck me was the gorgeous colour!! (I choose the blue)
Shortly followed by the generous size and quality, mum sat with her blanket the whole of Christmas and now every time she comes over her blanket comes too, she says she takes it everywhere, I know others have mentioned washing to be an issue and for that reason she has opted to surface wash and uses detol fabric spray and her steamer to clean every so ofte
I put on an energy usage monitor and at full heat it draws 114 Watts. So by my calculations and my electric energy tariff : 10Hr use at high temp cost approx 30p. So pretty good running cost.
Although product malfunctioned. The response was excellent. Well handled, friendly and efficient. They gave me great options for compensation even after the amazon return period. So I would feel confident buying from this seller again.

Broke after a week
This product functions well for a week then stopped working. I think an electrical fault. Bought as a gift for someone with chronic pain disability. Likely just poor quality
