Does everything exactly as described, I have only knocked it down a star as I feel the connectors for the controllers do not feel sturdy and the controllers could be supported better in order not to cause ware to the connectors over time, this is not an issue right now just an observation and time will tell. Overall this is a good product to date.
Well made. Holds my Ps5 safely and keeps it cool. Great hook for headset. However! You have to use one of the usb outlets to power the stand and with the other having the wireless connector for headset it means you can’t charge headset at same time as controllers.! Unless you unplug wireless dongle. Great item just needed a simple tweak to make it Amazing!
I found I couldn’t secure my unit using included bolt, but console pretty stable without its use. Also I did not get a USBC to USB connecter or plug… to beable to use as charging station or use its functions, So I’ll need to buy this separately.
There are a few of these you could buy but this one is awesome! Getting the controller onto the type C is a right fiddle to begin with but after doing it a few times now it’s easy. The lights are great! Haven’t used the additional fan much yet but seems like it would help cool the system down on those hardcore sessions. Would recommend this if you are after multiple things like controller charging, headset hanger and to keep your PS5 system upright.
Brought for my sons new ps5 slim and it was better than expected. So easy to set up and love the colours changing. I’d definitely buy again if we invested in another ps5

I ordered this without correctly identifying that it for the newly released “slim” versions of the PS5. That being said; I was able to simply connect my original PS5 and everything works exactly as it would with the slim versions. The only real difference being that the console itself does not sit snuggly in the small indent.
Affixing the console with the supplied bolt was easy and held the machine securely enough. The stand still had enough room to put a controller in the charging dock and work properly. The stand also comes with the short usb cable to connect the stand to the console, it was the perfect length.
The stand is pretty self-explanatory in how to use it. The led button discerns what colour the led lighting on the side will be (or if you have them set on a combination) just by pushing the button to change to the next choice. The charging docks are lit blue on the front display when empty, or fully charged/on standby, but are illuminated red when still charging.
Similar to the led button; the fan button is pushed to select the fan function. There are three speeds and the selected speed will illuminate the light corresponding with your choice with a green light.
It also has a detachable hook for hanging headphones on the PS5, although I didn’t affix it to mine.
I like this stand, even though I actually made a mistake by ordering it. I don’t regret it and am happy to use it on my original PS5, but if I had the new slim version; it’s a great option for those of us that stand their PS5 on the end.
