I ordered this for my son’s new PS5 slim and it arrived today and was exactly what we expected! The PS5 slim disc console fits perfect and it came with all the parts too. How headphones fit perfect on it as well. Nice quality and it matches his PS5 perfectly. We love the different LED options and I seen reviews about people complaining about the fan but the PS5 already has top notch cooling on its own so that wasn’t a huge deal to me. My son and I are happy with the purchase. Great buy! I recommend!

This fits and stabilizes my PS5 on my mantle very well. It matches perfectly and the fan really does reduce heat when doing downloads and installs of new games yet is quieter than even the PS5. The USB-C ports for the controllers are a little tricky to line up so don't force it...but you'll get the hang of it. The lights are a pretty cool bonus. One minor note: it plugs into the PS5. Put the PS5 in rest mode and it will still charge the controllers but it won't if you turn the PS5 completely off.

Does everything exactly as described, I have only knocked it down a star as I feel the connectors for the controllers do not feel sturdy and the controllers could be supported better in order not to cause ware to the connectors over time, this is not an issue right now just an observation and time will tell. Overall this is a good product to date.
Needs more power outlets
Well made. Holds my Ps5 safely and keeps it cool. Great hook for headset. However! You have to use one of the usb outlets to power the stand and with the other having the wireless connector for headset it means you can’t charge headset at same time as controllers.! Unless you unplug wireless dongle. Great item just needed a simple tweak to make it Amazing!

I found I couldn’t secure my unit using included bolt, but console pretty stable without its use. Also I did not get a USBC to USB connecter or plug… to beable to use as charging station or use its functions, So I’ll need to buy this separately.

There are a few of these you could buy but this one is awesome! Getting the controller onto the type C is a right fiddle to begin with but after doing it a few times now it’s easy. The lights are great! Haven’t used the additional fan much yet but seems like it would help cool the system down on those hardcore sessions. Would recommend this if you are after multiple things like controller charging, headset hanger and to keep your PS5 system upright.

Lot of extra feture for only slightly more than the official stand
It is made of plastic, but a sturdy plastic that feels good. The lights are good but are a bit to bright, especially if you like to play late or in a dark room.
The stand is charged via one USB plugged into the console.
Conclusion:For a little more than the official stand you can get a stand with much more features.

First thing to note is that this is a stand for the new PS5 Slim – 2023 model (I tested with a certain someone’s Xmas present…).
Just addressing the elephant in the room first – the fans. These are extractors – meant to pull heat from the bottom exhaust and push out sideways. Running the console on this with all 3 speed settings – I felt very little movement of heat through the stand. Maybe that’s because hot air rises?
Other than that – this is an awesome buy and given the official stand is heading towards the price of this one it makes it a no-brainer.
The joypad chargers work well. They’re not quite as convenient as the dedicated charger as they use the USB-C inputs on the top of the pads – but they clip on and off easily. There’s 3 USB-A sockets too for charging other devices (only USB 2 so of no use for data really).
The LEDs are quite basic but offer a neat way to showcase your console.
Throw in a headphone stand that clips onto the side of the console and you’ve got a really neat, all-round package. Well recommended.
Now can we have the same for the OG PS5 please? 😀

So I have had this for about 3 weeks and it works great. I have noticed that it’s keeping the ps5 nice and cool. Fans are really quite and I love how you can adjust the speed. It comes with a screw so you can mount the ps5 to it and I recommend to make sure it’s tight to prevent the ps5 from wobbling. Oh and it’s nice how this product comes with 2 charging ports for controllers. Takes about 3 hours to fully charge.
Firstly, I need to own up to a mistake here.
I ordered this without correctly identifying that it for the newly released “slim” versions of the PS5. That being said; I was able to simply connect my original PS5 and everything works exactly as it would with the slim versions. The only real difference being that the console itself does not sit snuggly in the small indent.
Affixing the console with the supplied bolt was easy and held the machine securely enough. The stand still had enough room to put a controller in the charging dock and work properly. The stand also comes with the short usb cable to connect the stand to the console, it was the perfect length.
The stand is pretty self-explanatory in how to use it. The led button discerns what colour the led lighting on the side will be (or if you have them set on a combination) just by pushing the button to change to the next choice. The charging docks are lit blue on the front display when empty, or fully charged/on standby, but are illuminated red when still charging.
Similar to the led button; the fan button is pushed to select the fan function. There are three speeds and the selected speed will illuminate the light corresponding with your choice with a green light.
It also has a detachable hook for hanging headphones on the PS5, although I didn’t affix it to mine.
I like this stand, even though I actually made a mistake by ordering it. I don’t regret it and am happy to use it on my original PS5, but if I had the new slim version; it’s a great option for those of us that stand their PS5 on the end.
