After my mum key hole surgery for hip was in a lot pain ( due to pain meds not working) very sleep deprived and bought this my mum managing to sleep not all through the night but she said its such a big help, she uses every night.

Smells amazing! You don’t need much at all. I can’t vouch for helping go to sleep, as it doesn’t have that effect on me, but maybe it works for others. I am still giving 5 stars because I do enjoy the fragrance and I don’t need to spry a ton. I will but again!

My 9 year old loves sleep sprays, they really help her sleep. This one seems to do the job but it smells quite synthetic to me as apposed to the all natural ones
This works , it’s brilliant, iv taken the gummy sleeping pills which don’t have any affect, but this spray doesn’t just smell nice but it actually works .Good night sleep every time and half the price of pills , will be tempted to repurchase
