As lovely as this gilet was it was too small. The 16-18 was definitely more a 16 and was a bit tight. I wouldn’t have got a jumper underneath. I have therefore had to return.
Great Gile
This Gilet is lightweight and made of a lovely soft material. With the faux belt across the back it is very flattering. I also really like that the pockets have zips.
I chose the light grey colour and am really pleased with my purchase. I am a size 12-14 and went for the Large, with the intention of wearing it over a jumper. It is very comfortable and does not feel too big, even when worn without the jumper.
I would highly recommend this gilet.

Hard to tell ehat it would be like, as don’t usually buy clothes coats etc on line. But i would highly recommend this. Its perfect for my needs while its cold, and im sure i will get lots of use out of it. Im a size 10 , ordered a size 10 and the fit is perfect even over a jumper.
The finish is also good & the look overall is great.
Very Comfortable
Very pleased with this gillet and would recommend. I wear it for work (I’m a guide at a whisky distillery) so it’s sometimes really hot and others, very cold. If my body is warm, I tend to keep warm everywhere else so it’s great for me. It’s well made, washes and dries quickly and isn’t too bulky. I ordered a small at first but when it arrived, it was a bit neat under the arms so I returned it and ordered the medium which was perfect.
The only reason I have given 4 not 5 stars is due to inaccuracy of colour. I previously ordered a Gilet in blue which was the same colour as advertised when it arrived. The Gilet itself is very light weight but warm. I liked it so much I ordered the pink to go with my pink leggings as it looked the same colour (see photo 1). Sadly when it arrived it is totally different colour to that advertised. It is a much brighter colour, which I would probably call salmon (see photo 2). Which does not go with my leggings at all!! But because it goes well with black, so I have kept it. I wanted to show the difference in colour, so others who might want the more dusky pink advertised will not be what you receive. But I still love the Gilets.
A bit disappointed with the pink. More baby pink than a dusky pink as photo suggests. Quality ok but does looks a bit cheap compared to the Joules Minx I’ve usually bought. Although similar in styling if Joules had the colour I was looking for I would definitely choose that above this brand 100%. Just looks classier and fir not a lot more money.

I love mine except for the fact that the lining of the pockets get caught on the zip every time I use it so if I put anything in them and do them up I can never get them open and have to try and pull it apart tith scissors
I have very dissapointingly had to return this item as it was far too big.
I had taken advice from the site that if you were between sizes, to size up which I shouldn’t have done.
Will be ordering another, but smaller size.
The gillet is definitely true to size with good sized arm holes & a nice length. It also looks well made.
