Bought 2x of these for snorkelling abroad. The vision you get underwater is fantastic compared to standard swim goggles. On par with scuba diving – I loved it! One point – just like scuba diving – you have to regulate your breathing. Breathing is fine, but it’s not as rapid as a normal cheap snorkel. I’m assuming this is down to the snug fit (which was comfy!) and the fact that the pipe is protected from water coming IN, & causing you to cough. Folds for travelling, & has its own basic carry bag. Highly recommend.

Bought this for snorkelling in the Maldives.

I don’t like the separate mask and mouth piece as I always hate getting water in both, stresses me and and I panic as I’m a bit scared in the sea.

    This mask was perfect!

    I got a small as I’m female, weight 65kg, 5ft 3

It fitted perfectly. I never had a leak and it never steamed up.

I’ll be taking it to Mexico and Egypt this summer too!

I was skeptical to buy at first but I am so pleased that I did. This snorkel was fantastic on our recent holiday to the Maldives and allowed me to feel more comfortable during snorkelling trips. As your whole face is covered, you are able to talk to your family or friends under the water about what you see. While I was wearing the mask, the ball system ensured that no sea water entered the mask while I was swimming. I wore this every day during my 10 day holiday and it proved durable and I had no problems. This proved way more effective than any standard snorkels provided on holiday, I am so pleased that I bought this and I look forward to using it again on my upcoming holidays.

This was an absolute game changer for me versus regular snorkel and mask. It never leaked at all, and I was able to literally breathe normally, it was incredible. The ball valve thing is totally amazing, you can hear if the pipe has come under the water but no water gets in. I can’t recommend it highly enough.

Golden Review Award: 13 From Our UsersMy dad and I went on a snorkelling trip to Riviera Maya and he bough a similar mask from a known manufacturer. His mask was weirdly shaped and water would leak to his face (no pictures of his mask to avoid confusion), it was very hard to breathe with it as you needed to inhale very deeply, mine one sealed perfectly and you can breath normally. It also prevents water from entering the mask through the breathing tube. I used it nearly daily for 3 weeks in fresh and sea water, making sure to always rinse it after using it, using a micro fibre towel to dry it to prevent watermarks and leaving it out overnight so the elastic would dry properly. I used the bubble wrap and storage bag that came with it to protect it on the go. The only flaw I found was that the screw and cap to hold a camera became rusty after a week and a half of use, and seeing as this is a product meant to be used in the sea, they should be using suitable materials for it. If you use a camera with this, make sure to have an additional adjustable arm to go between the camera and the mask (shown in the first picture ), as just attaching the camera as it is will mean that the camera is not fully submerged and you might get better footage if you adapt it to go further down (nearer your forehead like in my first picture is perfect to capture what you see and it doesn’t really mess with your view despite how it looks) that also makes it more adaptable in the angle you want to use it, etc. I was able to fully submerge using the mask, but it is very hard (there is a lot of resistance), on the plus side the water won’t come inside the mask through the pipe if you manage to fully submerge yourself. I used the mask for an average of 2-4 hours a day uninterrupted and it did leave a bit of a mark in my face but nothing too bad, really (see third picture). Make sure you don’t wear a greasy sunscreen with it, maybe a light primer that gets fully absorbed way before using the mask so it doesn’t damage the rubber seal. My only regret was the colour I love pink, but let’s just say it looks a bit ehmmm just look at the second picture and my dad’s face in the 6th picture. Both my husband and my dad bursted in laughter when they saw me wearing this for the first time , just go for the blue one or any other colour really !

    5.0 out of 5 stars Absolutely Brilliant Mask… avoid pink… seriously !

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersBought 2 of these for our honeymoon to Maldives and we are so glad we did. Incredible visibility. Worked very well. My wife’s did fog up a bit but didn’t stop her enjoying snorkelling each day. It fits snugly and was reasonably comfortable most of the time. The breathing valve worked very well. A few things to note however. Due to the size of the mask it can be challenging to dive down given the air makes it buoyant. I noticed a bit of a leak sometimes but I expected this with my short beard. It usually just pooled just below my mouth so I was able to continue and breath normally though. I did notice sometimes the hinge for the snorkel but did impress on my head causing discomfort but not always or all the time. The bag that it comes in is great and the additions are good too. We can’t wait to use them again on our next holiday.

Golden Review Award: 4 From Our UsersReally found this to be a brilliant bit of kit, much better than old style goggles and breathing tube. Comfortable to wear from the start, no water seeping in, easy to breathe and no misting up. Very well designed with sturdy plastic parts and at a very reasonable price. I bought two, one for my wife as well and she also found it to be excellent. The mask does take up a bit of room in your suitcase, even with the fold up tube, but it’s worth the effort if you’re going to do a lot of snorkelling on holiday. Highly recommended.

Golden Review Award: 12 From Our UsersWe bought a couple of these a little while ago, however we first used them last month on holiday. I’ve used similar snorkel masks before which leaked and steamed up quickly, so I was a little apprehensive to use it.

First of all, they fit well. I chose the larger mask, and my partner selected the smaller size, based on our own assessment of our heads, and we were pretty much spot on. They’re reasonably comfortable, and leave fewer lines than old school snorkel masks.

They also condense down well for packing. The snorkel tube mechanism took a few seconds to suss out, but after that they are really easy to put up and down.

The valve in the breathing tube is really effective too. I fully dived under the water, and upon resurfacing found that there was no water in the tube. The mask did leak a little bit around the eyes, albeit very minor. It can be a bit panicky when you see a leak though, as obviously you’re breathing in the mask too.

It also did mist up, but I’ve never experienced a mask that doesn’t!

Overall, it’s good fun and good quality, and a great way to snorkel.
