I have not tested them out yet however from first look they look good quality. The ribbed finish is a plus point together with the British Standards kite mark. All in all, very pleased

So pleased I bought this hot water bottle, it arrived quickly. It’s actually made of natural rubber and has lovely thick construction. The British Standard mark is imprinted on the item, along with instructions on lip of the bottle on how to fill and care for the product. What I really like the quality ribbing on one side, so the heat is gentle on the skin, with the smooth side for more intense heat. The stopper is well-designed and fits very well without having to over tighten. There is no way it’s going to leak. I got the 2kg size, in, lovely festive colour. Retains heat well, and I know this item is going to last a long time. Very pleased.

Golden Review Award: 6 From Our UsersA fine water bottle, but a few gripes.
The main one is that the rubber it’s made of is really “clingy” on both sides, and it makes it difficult to move around when in bed. You can’t just give it a push with your hand or foot to move it around because it sticks to the bedsheet like its life depends on it.
Or maybe all water bottles are like this, and my old one has just gotten hard and slippery over time.

The other gripe is that the cap and the hole are a little bit narrow, so it takes a bit more time and effort to screw the cap in. But it’s not really a big deal by any means.

My old water bottle is probably about 10 years old at this stage, which is why I bought this new one, in case my old one leaks, but I’m still using the old one because it’s easier to fill and to move around in the bed, under the legs, over the legs, under the arm, up behind my back, etc..
