I can say it is 100% no pain at all and I didn’t have any burning sensation even my skin is vert sensitive. So this cooling effect really works I guess. Sure it doesn’t stop your hair grow from 1st time, but I got visible result after a month of use – less hair and they grow really slow. I am happy to recommend it.

This said, have noticed a reduction in hair growth in the treated area so would recommend.
The metal plate has a constant cold feeling to cool the skin after the flash.
In the box you get some safety sun glasses which look like you could use as sun glasses, a charger, the device and a shaver to trim everything back.

The Device is a lovely sleek design, that’s really comfortable to hold and not too heavy. It has a built in fan with a digital display for the settings.
The safety glasses are silly as these only give direct protection and not side protection so you need to upgrade to a cup design glasses. the device is painless and you will need to use a few times to start seeing the results. I think it’s a little slow to remove hair but time will tell as I’ve only used for 2 weeks. all in all not perfect but does seem to work.
The box is nicely presented and gives off the initial impression of a quality product. Albeit remembering the price is actually extremely reasonable for an IPL machine.
On opening the box you’ll find several things – but first things first the IPL device itself. First thing you’ll feel is it is nicely weighted and has the looks a feel of a quality product. The device itself is long in shape and quite wide – perhaps those with very small hands may struggle to get a decent grip on it – however I do not think it would be a major issue and should still be able to operate without any issues.
This IPL device contains 9 levels of ‘intensity’. I would suggest following the instructions for ensuring you’re at a level that suits you and your body. Lower is best at first – seeing how you react to it and then increase the levels. But as I say – follow the instructions and guidelines.
A nice additional feature of this IPL device is the inclusion of a cooling system too – which will help protect your skin for long term laser usage and help reduce any potential pain or burning from the device – for which I’d say you get none.
The device can be set in either a manual mode or automatic mode with specific settings – helping you either go at your own pace or let the device set the relevant levels for you. This will be down to personal preference after getting used to the machine.
This is a great IPL device that so far is working as expected – hair growth has been slow and slower than it was before – over time this will become even slower again until eventually it’ll be growing at a snails pace. But you must keep it up and keep using it.
The price of this IPL device is also appealing – much cheaper than utilising a salon every month or so – it will quickly pay for itself.
I 100% recommend this IPL device – everything you need is included in the box and it is just so easy to use – albeit you’ll need a little bit of patience.
Opening the set up and taking of the lid to the box the laser came in it’s very sturdy and has a lovely design on it. The laser itself is oblong in size and it’s a very pretty shade of lavender, to use the laser is very easy and simple to do and with the various reasons for using it. For me I want to get rid of my hairs and the few acne areas I have on my legs. Using the set for the first time has been a pleasant experience and not at all like I thought it would be it’s not at all painful which I love. The entire set up is perfect and can’t wait to start seeing results over the next 8 weeks. The only thing i would like to be different is if it was cordless but being plugged in means im limited and movement meant the lead got in the way slightly. At the time of ordering the set coat 99.99 which is value for money in my personal opinion.
