Bought these to use in 2 pairs of football boots I have. Cut them to the size that I required and they were still way too long. I ended up cutting them down to 2 sizes less than what I wear. This happened in both my Adidas and Mizuno boots.
Apart from that they are comfy and offer support. I would probably purchase again if needed
I bought two pairs of these, one to go into my wellington boots, the other for trainers.
They are very thin especially in the heel area, consequently do not provide much impact support.
So I kept the old inserts in my wellies..
However, they are excellent for shoes such as Deck shoes, so I’m using them in my decks.
These are great for those work days when you are on your feet all day in the work place. I use mine as extra padding with my work boots. Easy to fit and with arc support superior to other insoles.
