I liked that it almost fitted where it was going be placed. It’s too flimsy, which makes for difficulties when trying to assemble the sides to the base (1st job) you will need a hammer and craft knife (some clip in holes have still got bits of moulding in them.)
The lid is far to flimsy! When the lid is shut, the ends aren’t. Simply not enough weight or rigidity in it! Another thing to mention is, the handles can also be of concern, as they need to be firmly clipped in before lifting by them (a torn nail can be the result) they also have vents in the handle, which, in some circumstances can be useful, but not for mine, as I don’t want any insect invading the box.
I’m not fully happy with the “ribbons” that attach to both lid and box, awkward to fit in my opinion.
So apart from those listed above, I do think it will do the job it was bought for. I just felt the need to point out some of the fiddly bits. Have a great time assembling it.
Not bad not bad
Quick delivery, very flimsy…..but…….look good in garden as long as u don’t over fill them at the sides. Don’t try to move once filled, u can’t. Fine as I don’t intend to. Price wise is good. I bought 2+2 . Made my garden look better and have filled kids old toy boxes with tools and paints and stacked them on top of each other . Covered up the key lock hole with tape as it let water in. Water tight after having a down pour. I would definitely recommend them.
