What makes this product great for outdoor is it’s made of non-rusting metal, it has IPX6 certification meaning the product will continue to operate despite direct exposure to water and due to its motion sensor feature you can operate it even your hands are dirty. It is great for any outdoor/indoor activity but I am mainly using it for dog walk and fishing.

They are super bright as they describe. I don’t have a tool to measure brightness but you can easily see more than 100M with spotlight mode. It comes with 2 x 2600mAh rechargeable batteries which easily lasts more than 5 hours on continues use. It is little heavy due to large capacity batteries but I have no problem with it. Straps are made of quality material an can be adjusted as required. You will also get few plastic clips to mount them on safety helmet.

5.0 out of 5 stars Must have tool for outdoor activity

Got what i expected for the money spent
Not disappointed but only complaint is that the outer sleeve of the wore to the lamp came away from the internal wires so I had to glue that back as it would have snapped
But nothing worth a bad review or sending back as you get what you pay for
Worth the buy in my opinion
I just got unlucky with a loose sleeve

I have bought these head torches for my son previously and they don’t come close to this one. The brightness is fantastic. My son travelled to London with his bike and sent me a video of him stood across the road from a block of flats (photo attached). Amazing product and a bargain price.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersIt is good and bright. There were some negative reviews re-quality, I so far have had no issues, all fine. The only minor point it is slightly heavy, but it is as described. I would prefer to have the brightness over weight. It is still wearable, the weight is not too much of an issue.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersThis is a great torch with a really bright light. It has a number of different modes. You can use it as a spotlight and you can see > 100m ahead of you with a really focussed beam. Or you can widen out the beam to cover a wide area. It lights up a very wide are like a flood light. I would recommend this torch. Great for going out walking at night, especially in areas without street lighting. Also great to use for working on something in a dark are where you need you 2 hands free. Also, useful to have in the car in case you get a puncture. Then you have plenty of light and 2 hands free to change the wheel.

This head torch has three setting – super-bright, normal and strobe. Now, it depends on how you’re going to use them but I would not use the strobe if cycling. I think this is likely to cause more issues than not – especially for any other road user – very distracting. And again, if cycling, you would typically use the super-bright when you’re down dark country lanes where visibility is poor or in very bright built-up towns/cities to counter balance the other bright lights. Otherwise, you’ll mostly use the standard setting.
But of course there are other uses and I’ve been using them for doing work in and around the house where light is poor/obscured. Such as rewiring plug sockets when I’ve had to turn the power off. They’re absolutely fantastic for that! Great in the loft or at the back of the garage and garden.
The lamp itself is reassuringly well built and of metal construction and you can adjust the angle to point pretty much where you want it to shine. The fit is also secure with a good adjustable strap. And so far, after a few weeks using them on and off I’ve not needed to charge them again. Charging is via the USB lead supplied (no plug) but the lead is quite short. I think it could have done with being a bit longer.
If there is a criticism it’s the weight, mostly at the back. This is due to the two large rechargeable batteries. Of course, this is why you’re not constantly recharging and why it’s so bright. There’s the trade off.
Would I recommend? Yes, as long as these things are not an issue for you of course. You shouldn’t be unhappy with torch itself.
