I have had this desk for about 8 months now and more than happy with it. This desk is very sturdy and you can feel the quality of the material. Initially I had a broken power supply sent, potentially broken during the transit, seller was able to send me a replacement very quickly, for free.

This desk is highlight of my home office. Very happy with it.

    I purchased the 200x80cm desk.
I had a number of reservations about ordering a self-assembly standing desk online but have been surprised by how well it’s worked out.
    Packaging:
The desk parts were delivered in 2 boxes – the desktop in 1 and the legs/mechanism parts in the other. Both boxes had been packed really well with plenty of padding that is custom made for the parts to fit – there was no wriggle room for anything to become displaced. Everything was protected from scratches. Consequently everything was in perfect condition when it arrived. The boxes were heavy though.

    Assembly:
The instructions are sparse – just pictures – but all the info you need is there if you examine each diagram until it makes sense. All the parts are clearly labelled and bagged and you get the tools you need for the job. There were spare screws too.
The desk is assembled upside down and only turned right way up when it’s complete. One reasonably strong person could probably do this on their own but would need the floor space to do so – I was doing this in a tight space so needed help to tilt and shuffle it at the same time.
The desktop pieces are first fitted together by wooden dowels that fit into pre-drilled holes. All of these fitted perfectly – I had been concerned about misalignment but these were fine. Next you fit a number of sturdy metal brackets to give strength and rigidity to the top. Again, these fitted perfectly.
The leg pieces and main support are then attached to the underside of the top, including the mechanism for adjusting the height. It took a bit of head scratching to get things in the right place but again, everything fitted where it was supposed to go.

    The finished desk:
I’m really pleased with this desk – it’s sturdy and the desktop is completely flat and the individual panels are exactly flush with each other – there are no bumps or ridges. The mechanism to raise and lower works ok – I haven’t used it much and haven’t used the memory function but it seems pretty simple.

I would say this is a good quality product.

Went together pretty easily, though you need to have space to work in; get all the parts out etc. The control system is smooth and effective, the desk top is great, and cable management is fine. Slightly annoying that the USB port is “upside down”, but very minor issue. I like the timer and memory functions which are really helpful.

I’m 6’0″ tall and the highest position is higher than I need, and the lowest is too low, so all good for me! I have two screens and a laptop on the (140x60cm) desk and there is still room for a separate keyboard, mouse, and a notepad etc.

Altogether I’d recommend this as it has thankfully surpassed my expectations for quality and useability.

I now spend a good proportion of my day on my feet and have noticed the difference it has made to my overall health.

Table arrived in two separate boxes a day apart.
    Build time was 40 minutes.

    Easy to use control panel.
I did have to unscrew and flip a few
Parts, assemblers beware read instructions carefully.

Adding wheels is optional I decided not to add them.

    Wrench and screwer provided

The wood finish looks beautiful 140cm is more then enough room for dual monitor printer and laptop to sit on.

5.0 out of 5 stars Good quality fast build

Because of the long working hours, I need a lift table to relieve my back fatigue. I had a long time to pick one and finally chose this desk which met my requirements perfectly: 80 cm wide and not too expensive. Got the rustic colour. I like this kind of desktop with grain, looks like some kind of antique wood, high class and it matches my decoration well.
    Function:
What impressed me the most is it had 3 height memory buttons, I can set different heights and switch between them at will. It also have a charging port design, I can charge my phone anytime. There is an alarm clock like button on the controller which regularly reminds me to switch from sitting to standing. Highly recommended.
    Assembly:
Who would have believed that I did all the assembly myself, taking about 40mins. The instructions are very detailed, the parts are numbered, I didn’t even pay much attention to the written instructions as the pictures are clear enough. It also comes with the tools needed. If you want to get the installation done faster, I would recommend getting an electric screwdriver. The desk had pre drilled holes inside the table too which is fantastic.
    Sturdy:
The table is able to raise and lower smoothly with very little noise. His table legs are very long, 70cm, and I think that’s why it’s able to be so solid. I really love this table so much!

5.0 out of 5 stars Worth buying

Golden Review Award: 6 From Our UsersHaving decided to invest in a standing desk, I spent a long time looking at options.
I went for this one in the end, because it looked simple & sturdy, and because I wanted a desk with a single piece desk top.

It took me 40 mins to assemble, the instructions are very clear and easy to understand in my opinion, but just read through all the steps before you start, and you’ll be fine.

It came with all the tools you need to assemble it – allen keys, screwdriver etc. but I used a power tool for some of the screws.
The parts for this desk are all really nice quality, and they feel sturdy. All of the screws and connections fitted the pre-drilled holes really nicely. No issues at all putting it together.

I was worried that buying a cheaper end desk might be wobbly, but not so. The table, once assembled, is really solid and the mechanism makes a light whirring sound when moving up or down. It moves smoothly and doesn’t jerk or wobble. Even when loaded up with a couple of laptops on stands and a big monitor on the desk, it moves up and down without any drama.

Height goes from 108cm to 72cm

I have it set at 76.7cm when sitting to get my legs under it comfortably.
When set to higher height, its really comfortable and cosy to work standing up.

You can program in two height settings to the control pad memory, and then press the 1 or 2 button to switch from standing up to sitting down desk heights that you like.

It also has a timer button you can set in 30 min increments to remind you with a beep when its time to switch from standing up to sitting down, since doing either of these for 8 hours a day is not the best for us.

It comes with a couple of clips you can hang either side of the desk to store headphones which is neat.

There’s also a metal tray you can attach under the desk to put a plug bar into.

I have only two small niggles with this desk:
    1. The cable hole in the desk is too small to fit a UK 3-pin plug through. Can be solved if you only feed cables through from the bottom via the thin end first
    2. The height of the under-desk tray is a little short, if you put a plug bar in it, you wont be able to plug your mac power adapter into it, as not enough head room. Can be solved by buying another cable tidy under desk tray attachment, with more height to it.

Overall, a solid buy. Highly recommended.

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersThe item is sturdy and well made. The desk board is actually split in 4 parts, that might not be immediately clear, and it’s the usual laminated MDF slightly thinner than expected, but it’s sturdy and definitely made to last and to be assembled/disassembled easily. Screw sockets are all metal, assembly was very easy and instructions clear and complete. The assembled item is very comfortable, stable and feels solid and sturdy, no wobble or creaking or anything; after working on it a full couple of days, definitely feels comfortable.
Item would be 4 stars, because the desk board itself is not a thick single piece, but the 5th star is due to the excellent customer service: the first item received had a defective leg (wouldn’t lower), communication with the seller/maker has been very swift and clear, every message was answered within 1 working day and was provided with a clear set of test to perform to assess the issue; once the item was deemed defective, a replacement item was immediately dispatched and was at my door in 2 days, this time working perfectly. Really impressed and very pleasant to know that in case of problems there’s a prompt and efficient customer care.

Golden Review Award: 6 From Our UsersI had seen several reviews that pointed out issues they had with this desk but the overall consensus seemed positive and the price was pretty good so I went with it. I’ve only been using it for around a week but I have to say that I’m impressed. People mentioned issues with building the desk but I can’t say I found any problems – the instruction manual was clear enough and comprehensive for me and I put it together without any issue. I was actually quite impressed with the design in terms of how it fits together and, where the worktop is split into 4 sections, (another issue for some people) I found they had managed to make some really nice, sturdy joining solutions to make sure they all sit at the same level so the surface itself is smooth and barely interrupted. All of the bolts fix into place really well, locking tightly. I imagine it may work loose over time but they’re easy enough to tighten again. The desktop is notably thinner than my last desk but I won’t be sitting on it at any point and it feels solid enough to work on. The mechanism works well and I appreciate the preset buttons. The only ‘weaker’ points where I had a small concern was the plastic screw holes to mount the power pack and control panel, which do feel like you could tear them if you screwed them in too tight. On the whole though, not a real issue and it’s a decent desk for the price you pay. One last issue that some people raised with the four section worktop is that the wood pattern doesn’t flow from section to section. I think it probably stands out more on the darker surfaces as I don’t really notice it on mine and, given that the desk is pretty much chock full all the time, it really isn’t an issue to me. Very pleased on the whole.
