This light has proven to be a perfect modern replacement for our old outside light. The old light dimly glowed and pretty much only lit up the door handle while this one has a huge range of light options, from subtle glow to prison spotlight! It’s easy to fit, light, energy efficient and the included remote allows you to use the sensor, adjust the time lit, adjust the brightness etc. You can also simply use it from the wall switch. All in all, I’m well pleased with this purchase. Can’t yet comment on the rustproofing but only time will tell on that front.
If you have a gas boiler outlet don’t put your light above it or it will go on every time you run hot water or put the heating on.
I am impressed by the light that this gives off, the remote control is a huge improvement from older fiddly controls on the back of a light, making this a breeze to set up.
