Bar shampoos in the past made my hair dry. I switched because I’m trying to avoid hair loss and sodium laurel sulphate.
Very surprised how well this one lathered up, smells nice. Just to test it I didn’t use any conditioner afterwards and I blow dried and straightened my hair and it is STILL shiny and soft.
My scalp feels calm, very clean and not itchy.
Can I just specify, I never thought I had any scalp discomfort until I’ve used this today and I realise now I’ve been over washing my hair because I’ve been feel irritated on my scalp for a while. I’ve only noticed this since using this bar that now I have 0 irritation to my scalp.
Only criticism is I think the bar is a little small for the price. IF it lasts 100 washes then I will buy again.
Overall though I’m impressed.

I will admit – anihana shampoo bars you can get back in Australia will always have my heart – but kitsch will be my go to while I can’t get them over here!

Wow I wasn’t expecting this to be so good, lathered up lovely, gave my hair 2 washes and used the pairing conditioner, my hair is so soft and shiny.

I didn’t expect the solid block to create so much lather! Mine is a round block, not the S shaped one? I find applying the block to my hair the best way to use it. It has an odd smell which puts me off a little but the condition and shine of my hair after using this is really great! Knowing there are less chemicals and plastic in the environment makes it a winner for me. I’ve been using it for a good few months now and the block is not that much smaller, looks like it will last ages!

Sorry to say I didn’t put 5 stars. It is very very good to settle down your scalp, if you have problems with sensitive scalp. Only thing is it dry’s out your hair (I have very oily hair) but it still dried it out very quickly. But very good for your scalp, just use conditioner after 🙂
Love this shampoo bar, smells amazing and your hair feels so clean after using. I suffer with a sensitive scalp and this really soothed it rather than irritated it which most shampoos do. Also love that there’s zero plastic waste. Highly recommend!
Lathers well
Bar lathers well. A little drying, couldn’t not use a conditioner of some kind. Doesn’t irritate eczema scalp. Pricey for what it is. Smells good. Haven’t noticed any less hair fallout yet, maybe you need to use it for longer.
