Not bad, might replace.
Don’t get me wrong, there’s nothing inherently bad about this head strap. It’s comfortable, balanced, and does what it needs to! Only problem is, my head is pretty big, so I need to adjust fairly often anyways.
It feels durable, looks fine, and is a decent value. I don’t use the front cover or face pad, just the strap.
descent quality for good price
easy to setup
comfortable. pillows around your head with leather-like fabric
simple to change tightness for different users. it can fitted in seconds.
helps to balance mass center to center of your head.
sometimes, it can be freaks you out when you over tight the band. this ends with a scary sound of broken gears but still works, i guess the gear teeths are jumping over.
4 Stars as the strap itself is functional and sturdy. The padding in the strap is comfortable. If you have a large head, you will find this to be a good strap to go to. The included extras like the silicone face cover seem kinda gimmicky but nice additions for the price.

The strap itself makes a world of difference over the stock strap. The outer covering looks neat enough, but doesn't really serve a purpose. The inside face mask cover material is very poor. I tried it for one minute then threw it out. The material doesn't breath and makes you sweat. Otherwise I am satisfied, since the main reason I bought this was for the head strap anyway.

I absolutely love the new Oculus 3 headset and experience. There are many changes to the program. This uses mixed reality settings. What that means is that you see your room, in color passthrough, AND the environment you're playing in. Why is this necessary you may ask. Well, in my case there are children and pets running about at any given moment and they somehow never quite grasp the fact that I can't see them when I'm in my VR world. this mixed reality expands your VR environment too. The graphics are better as well, not that there was anything wrong with Oculus 2, (I've purchased 6), but they are better and there is no lag in any of the games I've played, yet. It's wonderful that all the games I've purchased have moved (and can be played), to the 3 and I can add on to them as well. There was a bit of an issue with songs I purchased loading, but it corrected itself. The headset is smaller and lighter. I'm not crazy about the controllers. They are smaller, lighter and there is no ring like the O2 have. The straps don't stay tight on my wrists and I'm afraid I'll drop them; I'll probably adjust to them.

We are new to gaming let alone vr. This product has made our experience so much nicer and much more comfortable. I would suggest this for anyone getting a meta quest right away. Don’t even bother using the harness that comes with it. I don’t really understand the front cover because they say not to use it if gaming due to heat but it doesn’t affix to the headset easily. Possibly I’m not fully understanding what it is or how to use it. But overall super happy with this.
Comfort = 5 ⭐️
I’ve recently bought the Meta Quest 3 as my first VR purchase. I’ve got to be honest, the strap the Meta comes with is unbelievably uncomfortable straight from the start! However, the Kuject 3 in 1 genuinely seems to have solved that!
The build quality is solid and the price tag is perfect – The previous reviews with the majority being 5 star make sense.
Building took about 10 minutes but even faster if you knew what you were doing and I would honestly recommend to anybody not wanting to spend a huge price tag on a new strap but wanting to get the right product for improved comfort for more hours gameplay.
This system is a great improvement over the stock head gear. Well made using quality materials and engineered to prefection. Not a single complaint. Easy to assemble taking only a few minutes. Highly recommend this system to fellow meta quest 3 users. Not a big fan of the rubber front guard finding it of no real value as far as protection is concerned but that is a minor observation.

More than an other accessory you have to think that this is an investment to protect your headset it is fairly priced and well made I personally believe that this is how the oculus should be originally sold . really happy with the purchase.

Works well, poor instructions, no battery pack.
Overall it is nice for the price. The instructions are poorly translated into English and lack some details. For example, there is a silicone protection cover for the outside of your Q3. There are no instructions for this piece. The other instructions are limited at best. This isn’t a deal breaker as it is easy to figure out but bothersome.
One person said there were instructions for adding a power bank/battery pack. I found none. There is a slit in the back of the headset that may accommodate something. I’ve yet to try it. but that is the one thing that is missing to make it a great headset.
Avoid the headset cove
The head strap is good and comfortable. 5 stars.
I have not tried the face cover since I have a different one.
I tried the headset cover that goes over the outside of the Quest 3. It was fine for a few days, but one day I got a message in the headset that it has to shutdown because it’s overheating. Turns out the cover got slightly misaligned over several days of use and it blocked the air vent on the headset. I don’t think I’ll be bumping my headset anywhere. And even if I do the thin silicone layer probably won’t do much. I took off that cover. 1 star.
Since I bought this for the headstrap anyways, 4 stars overall.
Mostly Satisfied (be care full of the external silicone protector)
WHY I BOUGHT IT
I ordered this to replace the awful stock head strap that comes with the Quest 3. I was a little hesitant at first since I was unfamiliar with the Kuject brand and because there were some weird translation in the Amazon description (these now appear to be fixed). Ultimately, I decided to take a chance on the product because the price was right, and Amazon was offering free prime same-day shipping in my area.
WHAT IT IS
This product is basically a bundle of the Kuject head strap, the silicone face pad, and the protective shell. The Items arrived together, but each product was in its own separate packaging. The headset was the only item with instructions.
IMPRESSIONS
THE HEADSET
The headset is reasonably comfortable. Definitely an upgrade from the stock Quest headset and probably worth the $25 Kuject charges for it as an individual component. It is by no means a premium product, but it feels like it will be for some time, provided I treat it with the same care as the Quest 3 itself.
THE FACE COVER
The silicone face cover, which (at the time of purchase) sells for $13 by itself, also adds to the comfort of the headset. As others have mentioned, it does feel a little insecure to the facial interface when you are not wearing the headset, but it doesn’t seem like it would fall off either. Once the headset is on, there is no indication of it being loose, and there is no way that it would come off by itself. Honestly, I’m not really sure if there is a better way to attach something like this to the existing facial interface in a more secure manner and I am happier spending less for a cheaper cover than for a whole integrated assembly.
THE PROTECTIVE COVER (WARNING AVOID)
The protective cover that goes over the front exterior of the headset sells for about $10 by itself and feels like it would add some impact protection.
However (IMPORTANT), this item will cause your Quest 3 to retain heat. I am uncertain if it is blocking something, or if the material is just acting as an insulator but the headset will definitely get hot if you use it with the protector installed. Unfortunately, based on the way it is designed the cover is not removable without partially disassembling the side straps so it is not really suitable as a protective storage solution either. I used it once, realized it was causing heat retention and then just threw it away. I considered contacting Kuject. However, the combined cost of the facial cover and headset separately would have been a dollar or two more than this bundle, so returning an individual component did not make sense.
I haven’t seen any other reviews that mention the heating issue, but is definitely there, so be careful.
AM I HAPPY WITH IT
Yes. I will probably continue to use it until something breaks or the more premium upgrades get a steep discount. At the moment, it works and is pretty comfortable.
SHOULD YOU BUY
Yes if:
– You find the Quest 3 headset unbearable
– You are fine with a non-premium but still serviceable upgrade
– The bundle is still cheaper than the Individual components separately
No if:
– You want something with a more premium feel and don’t like the idea of upgrading twice
– The headset and silicone facial interface cover are cheaper separately
Great replacement for the quest 3's terrible head strap. This doesn't help with the face pressure you still feel but it does help with comfort on the back of the head. I ended up cutting off the foam of the original faceplate and glued on a pleather replacement much like the pads included for this head strap. Much better now. My only complaint about this head strap would be that it folds down as well as up. Just a small thing but not my favorite. Overall a good product.

I love my Quest 3 and I missed the pro strap that I had for my Q2. This makes it so much more comfortable to wear! The weight distribution is perfect in my opinion. I also love the silicone facial interface! I have absolutely zero complaints about this. Definitely recommend.

I’m not going to lie I’m on the fence about the quest 3 so I was looking to see if this headset has a battery they can attach when needed. I see it’s on sale 28% for 26.00 less than 2 weeks ago 55.00 less the 5.00 coupon? I don’t like games companies play and instead of refunding the difference I have to send it back… so will I buy the same one idk but I’ll tell you for sure the comfort is spot on….

Update after a couple months.
Fits good and is comfortable until I started getting headaches. Modified it and now it’s better. You really need to add a strap like this that gives more support at the top or closer to the forehead to release pressure at the back of the head.
I took a risk and bought this before it had any reviews and I am happy with the product. The silicone face shield needs to be stretched a bit but once it’s set, it is accurately made to keep the heat vents clear. I would recommend this to anyone with a quest 3.
Not bad
For a pre-release aftermarket accessory the strap fits pretty well. The silicone facial interface does fit a little loose but is more comfortable than the stock cloth and provides more light blockage.
The outer protection cover for, but I doubt I’ll leave it on. Overall pretty good value for the price. I will likely upgrade these accessories in the future as more 3rd party options become available, but the strap and interface cover are definitely going to make the next couple of months a lot more enjoyable
This is a review for the 3 in 1 set that includes the head strap, a face pad cover, and “shell protective cover”. Note that this is a first-impressions review, I haven’t put much time on it yet.
Head strap: Some assembly required, instructions were included with full color pictures and assembly was super easy. It’s lighter than I thought, which on one hand is nice because it should help reduce strain, but it does lead to it feeling a bit cheap. The pads are soft enough and do the job. Since they are attached with velcro it should be possible to replace them if they wear, assuming replacements are available separately when they are eventually needed. I was able to pop them onto the Quest 3 with some effort, but once on they feel pretty solid. The adjustment dial has decently fine increments. I’m a bit worried about the longevity of the gears, I’m sure they are plastic, but time will tell on that one.
As for comfort, they are fine. I have a Kiwi on my Q2 and I would definitely rate that higher on the comfort scale. What is nice about this one is the tall pads on the back break down so that it will fit in a case.
Face Pad Cover: Installed easily, a little finely above the eyepeices, but I had similar issues with the Q2 so that’s probably an issue with all of them. Considering manufacturers have not much access to the Q3 (today is release day) it’s an amazing fit. I can’t complain at all. There is extra material around the nose that looks a little odd when not wearing it, but it does block out more light than using the headset without it. This is a double-edged sword though as sometimes that was nice to peak out of to see the world around you. So far I don’t have any folding on the sides that would be visible while wearing it like I’ve seen with other covers. I like the texture of the silicone better than the stock padding.
Shell Protective Cover: Pros: it makes the headset look more unique and protects the plastic (not the lenses). Cons: The Q3 produces a lot of heat, the front of the set that this covers gets quite warm even under normal load. There are holes for the vents, but I wasn’t able to get them all to line up. Even if they did, the extra insulation on a spot where it really needs thermal dissipation is not a good idea. I suggest not using this or any cover until someone can do extensive tests on the thermal impact of using them. If you only use it while the headset is turned off as a way to protect it while not in use, maybe it’s a good idea, but it doesn’t cover the cameras, so that doesn’t even make sense. It’s an interesting idea, but I’m not convinced it should ever be used.
Overall: I do not regret the purchase. It’s certainly better than the straps. None of them had reviews when I was looking, so I figured I’d help the next person going down that road. I can’t say it’s the best option available, we’ll see when more people get a chance to try them. But it’s fine, if you’re looking for something close to launch, go for it. But you’re only really getting use from the head strap and the face cover. I’ll probably upgrade to a Kiwi eventually.
The only reason I’m not giving it 5 stars is the vents not lining up well with the Shell cover and a very slight comfort difference from my experience with Kiwi. Also I tend to not trust 5 star glowing reviews. There’s always down-sides to consider.
