Happy after 3,5 months
I have two indoor cats, and I was obsessed with scooping as I was working in the same room with the litter box all day.
It is a life-changing purchase for us. We are really happy. Just some information for the ones who wants to use it:
1. With two cats, I need to replace the bag in every 4 days
2. I, personally, prefer to wash it with bleach once in a month. I thinks if you could be gentle and do this the box’ life will last longer
3. 3 minutes is great with the clumping time for the tofu cat litte
Best thing I ever brought for my cats!
I have 3 cats and was getting fed up of constantly change the liter and skipping the tray out. This is a god send works perfectly, excellent product and worth the money
Solid product after a year ownership
I just ordered a second one from the same seller after owning one for over a year, now my cats have a loo upstairs and one downstairs.
A solid product and the loo performed extremely well. Some people commented that it leaks urine, I would say make sure you do not have it plugged in when you have no clumping litter inside the loo. When the cat’s urinated inside the loo and there is no litter, after the customisable clumping time, the loo will rotate, the urine will then be rolling around and exit to the collection bag area and may leak if the bag is not tired up tight. This does not happen when there is litter in the loo, period!
I am happy to recommend this product to anyone.
After and month of ownership, I and my cat are very happy with this product, it is quite and discreet, and no more odors. My cat took to it straight away no problems at all, in my opinion it is very good, especially with the updates the company have made regarding the previous issues some people were having, they are obviously listening to the feedback, which is good news. Like with anything new you have to find out what works best for your situation so be patient, find the best litter for your needs, I use a clay based one which is fine. My only small issue is with the waste bag holder, it could do with a larger lip on bottom side to stop the waste from becoming trapped around the top of the bag when Changing the bags, but that in no way detracts from me loving this product.

Good replacement for litter robot. One of my cats does his business while standing up. Litter robot could not contain it. This one is much better. Only very small amount leaks into bottom tray and is easily cleaned up. The little plastic piece for the entrance is totally useless though. Did not stop more urine going into the bottom tray. We ordered the original part from petlux which does the trick. We have four cats and two of these litter trays. All 4 happily use them. Cleaning takes a bit getting used to, but I only have to clean every 3 days. Best part – no smell. Amazing. And they are quiet. 4 stars mainly because they do still leak (very little), and the rubbish plastic piece that came with it. Also, no litter mat with the second box. First one came with a brilliant honeycomb mat. All said would recommend and buy again.
I am happy that I decided to spend my money on the robot. It saves time and money (as I definitely use less litter than before) and the bad smells are gone as long as it’s cleaned and emptied regularly. I don’t know if there are better robots around as this is my only one. The only problem I have with this one is the cleaning of the whole unit is quite a messy job. It’s not too bad I guess but it took a while before I found the easiest way to do it. Replacing the bags is easy. It cleans automatically after the cat leaves which is a big plus. It looks nice. There is leakage every so often under the drum, which honestly I can’t figure out how my cats are able to do that. But that does create a bad smell if you don’t check and clean regularly. Overall I’m happy with my purchase, I would never go back to the regular tray. Big difference
