Only gave DTC and clear code options on Jag XF no live data. But now as of update late march 2024 . Full live data. So well worth live time updates as standard !
Bought this a couple of months ago to replace an older more basic scanning tool, picked up faults that my old one didn’t on my ford Kuga. It does everything I need it to, can’t fault it so far.
I know this is an entry level scanner, but it does says in the description that support is available including updates. In reality none of the above is true as no one answers on emails or providers any sort of support.
After going forward and backwards with the seller he was able to send me an update which had to be installed manually and the scanner was able to read the fault code. Time will show if the issues have been resolved for good.
Automatically scans the vin number of the vehicle and then finds the make and model diagnostic is then scanned and results of scan completed fast, very easy to operate. The unit also has lifetime free update’s can’t get any better for the money it’s a no brainier.
