Great for lighting the log burne
These are great for lighting the log burner, for us they are long enough to lean in and catch the fire lighters (eco ones obviously) without smelling the house of sulphur. Second order of these and will be a staple going forward.

I ran out of my usual matches for lighting my burner so I bought some of these as they were the only ones with next day delivery.
I must admit they are decent, bit more expensive but they make lighting up so much easier. Recommend

Have never failed to light. Good quality. Have very occasionally broken when striking
Use for lighting woodburner. Because of the length of match, it needs to be held close to tip when striking to avoid breaking match and losing the advantage of the length when lighting fires or anything else for that matte
Nice long matches
These matches were just what I needed. They are long enough for me to light the wood in my wood burner. I’m not too sure if they are good value but definitely cheaper to buy 2 rather than one box.
If like me you struggle to find long matches in shops you will love these. A smart box with a long striking area means they are easy to light and your hands are well away from gas or charcoal when you light them-a real safety point which makes lighting a pleasurable not a nervous experience
Good for lighting woodburne
Make lighting the woodburner significantly easier. Like that the strike strip is on the side of the box. Others we have purchased have been on the end which can be more of a pain.
The matches do bend quite easily but we have not had problems with them snapping particularly as mentioned in other reviews.
They are matches, they are long and if that’s what you want then these will do the job no problem.
