I’ve had problems with muscle stiffness in the pelvic area. This roller, when used correctly, helps to massage muscles by laying down on the floor and pressing and rolling on it. It’s good exercise that I can do and I can leave my glasses on, held in place by my Specs-Delight, while I’m doing it.

The quality of the foam roller was very good. It was sturdy and strong. It was a great in reducing tightness from the body. The size of the foam roller was long, so was perfect to use all over the body.

I love the firmness of this roller and it hasn’t gone out of shape with regular every day use. It’s great for relieving stiff back muscles which are hard to reach.

The quality of the product is very good but it turned out to be a lot shorter than it looks on the photo so I was very sorry that I didn’t really use a ruler to see how long it will be.

I love this foam roller! I have been using it to help with tight muscles in my neck and shoulders. It’s so comfortable to lie on to do these exercises and it’s great quality. I am so glad I bought it!

This is a great foam roller, I had one before which was not great because the size was just not comfortable, this one is a very good size in terms of length and the width of the roller. The colour is very nice as well. I can really feel it work it will last a long time. I would highly recommend this roller if you are looking to buy a new one.

I have tried some foam rollers with trigger points. I found sometimes a few parts of muscles might be skipped due to the gap between the points. So I got this one. I am happy with it so far.

Golden Review Award: 10 From Our UsersIt’s great! I even bought a second one (the blue one).
It is true to size: 15cm x 45cm and true to the colour in the images.
As someone in their 20’s who works in the film industry and has a lot of back pain; my physiotherapist advised me to buy a foam roller for some exercises. I looked on Amazon and found this one to be the most reliable. I bought the black one first and loved it. It’s soft, great quality and relieves my pain. It comes packaged like the blue version in a brown Amazon bag.

It is lightweight/soft but also firm/sturdy and does not feel ‘cheap’.

It is so helpful in relieving pain that others who also work in the film industry wanted to buy one too.

When I bought the black one it was 10.83 compared to the price at the moment which is 19.99. Goes to show how much people like it. However, definitely worth the money in my opinion.

Golden Review Award: 10 From Our UsersSo, At first I wasn’t keen due to the join between the two halves feeling a bit sharp. I also wasn’t keen on the feel of it. But I’m glad I stuck with it. First can I say how amazing and helpful their customer service team are. Nothing was too much trouble. Their only flaw is that they possibly didn’t fully sell the construction. I spoke to my physio about the join and she said rollers that are two halves stuck together are much stronger and last. She encouraged me to persist. Ones that are one unit do not.

I’ve found the length wonderful. I rest out my spine a lot. I also use it to elevate myself off the ground to do chest weights. Basically like a bench. It’s also good for rolling out two legs at once. I use it in conjunction with a small trigger point roller which I find better for knots. And after a workout. It is nice looking and I actually keep it on my bed sofa in the day like a long neck rest. It looks good. It might have room for improvement but in all I think they have done a really good job.

I bought this as I needed an exercise roller to tease out some painful knots in my thigh, calf and hamstrings. The firmness is just right for applying even pressure to the muscles and then sustained action on the painful areas. I have used this piece of equipment for over a week now and have had excellent results. Very good value for money and highly recommended.

I could not imagine that I would need this thing so much!! One of the best purchases this year! Whenever I feel that my back is stiff and starts to get painful and uncomfortable, this thing relieves the pain in less than 5 minutes! And this review is honest, not paid and not influenced by anyone! Really liked that it is not too hard, but hard enough to crack my back and massage tired back muscles while I am simply rolling on it without a pain!

Never had anything like this before until I had Achilles tendon pain (apparently a common issue with runners and high stress sports activity – the calf gets really tight and caused the Achilles pain in my case). A physio recommended I did calf rolls. It seems to be working quite nicely but needs working at daily. I asked somebody who is a sports therapist which roller they would recommend I purchased. The Maximo was their choice for patient and personal use. The roller comes with instructions on how to use it for lots of other muscle group massages, these are easy to follow. In summary this is helpful bit of kit and doesn’t cost an arm and a leg (but will help both!).
